Apartment in Sardinia to rent near the beach

It is a very nice studio flat, apartment renovated in 2006. It has air- conditioning for the summer and a heating system for the winter. It can accommodate two people and a third one adding an extra bed. There is a double bed, a kitchenette with fridge and all you need to prepare your meals, a dining space with table and chairs and also a sofa and an armchair. There is Internet WI-FI access, a TV set, a DVD/ DIVX player, a CD/MP3 player and use of washing machine (on demand). A toaster, iron/iron board and hair dryer are also available. No problem in case of water restrictions as this flat has an independent huge water reservoir. The bathroom is with shower.
It is in the heart of the old town next to the Cathedral and in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops. A 2-min walk leads you to the romantic sea promenade with a view of Capo Caccia.
Many beaches can be easily reached by foot or by bus.
Towels and linen are provided. Rates are all-inclusive.
