We had a great stay and really enjoyed the condo. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. Robbin was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We did have a little confusion locating the pool keys at first, but Robbin worked with us to get it sorted out quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we'd definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to South Padre Island.

Fantastic place

I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The condo was very clean and the bed, couch and recliner were super comfortable. I was also about a five minute walk to the beach as well as a couple of bars and a small grocery stores. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to town.

This property was wonderful. Quite and clean. Room is very comfortable and cozy. The umbrella and chairs for the beach was a plus! Would definitely stayed there again!

Very comfortable, apartment was very spacious for our 2 person stay. Hot tub is right at the door, pool is 20 seconds away. You are on the beach in 4 minutes. Very comfortable bed, totally recommend.

Fun in the Sun

My husband and I stayed at this location which was absolutely perfect! It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Just a walk to the beach. It provided everything we needed! Nice relaxing atmosphere with a nice pool and hot tub. We could not have asked for better weather. It was wonderful!!!

Newly renovated condo

Condo was immaculate with newly renovated kitchen and bath. Great location - short walk to beach. Hot tub was a nice end to each day. Showers near parking were great for losing the sand before going inside. King bed was very comfortable.

Excellent Stay!

We will return the JACOBSON‘s were excellent people to communicate with. We contacted Neola the housekeeper the day before to get the code. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The pool was wonderful as the hot tub and the location was outstanding. We will definitely return and use this rental again.

Short walk to beach

Condo was the perfect size for my Husband and I. Had plenty of towels and all your basics to cook a meal. There were cleaning supplies available to use and enough paper goods too. Bed was comfortable and was nice to have a TV in the bedroom and living room. Only had to walk a block to get to the beach access points in either direction. Location was safe and quiet.

apartment with everything

We wanted a first floor apartment with a bedroom seperate from the living room close to the pool and beach. This apartment has it all. The hot tub was across the court yard and the pool a very short walk. The beach was just a short walk from the end of the driveway. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

The perfect location and the condo had everything which made easy for me traveling with 3 teenage boys. The pool just steps away was awesome and the rinse off spigot by garage was life saver. The closest beach access was under construction but just several yards ahead was next one and worked great. We had everything to be comfortable first days and close by stocked. Condo was insanely clean and everyone there was so friendly we loved it thanks to hosts y’all made our trip so great 💕

Vacation 2023

My husband and I booked this property to enjoy a vacation with friends that winter in South Padre. The condo was just what we needed! Bed was comfortable, hot tub and pool are right outside the door and other winter renters were so friendly! The only negative is that we booked during spring break and there was loud music and kids renting the condo across from us. We will rethink the dates next year, as we plan to go back! Great experience overall with the property and the island! Katie L.
