We had room to spread out and relax without feeling like we were on top of each other. We love the location. It’s quite peaceful. It’s off of the main road so not a lot of traffic. Perfect for riding our bikes and going for evening walks. This rental came with a pool pass for Holiday Inn. We used it several times a day. It’s close enough to walk or bike there. We will absolutely stay here again.

Roomy and clean

Lovely place on a quiet street. Lots of room so you aren’t sitting on top of each other. It’s Jekyll island so everything is close.

Our most impressive experience this time was when we had an issue with the refrigerator on a Sunday night. We called the emergency number and the technician was there within an hour. The issue was quickly resolved and we had no further problems. We've already booked a place with this agency for next spring.

The home is well situated within walking distance of the beach. The house has great flow if you have many guests and ample sitting and eating areas. The Jekyll Room was our favorite hangout. The house was very well stocked with kitchen goods and even beach gear. The house could use a refresh, particularly the bathrooms.

It is well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. It's in a great location for biking to the beach. But, the pool privilege is ridiculously far away for it to be enjoyable. Property management could be more accommodating to answer questions about their properties prior to arrival. They seemed putout to tell me the type of grill is on the property, initially telling me that if it's not listed in the description, there is no grill. I had to push back to get a useful response, stating one of pictured, but I can't tell if it's gas or charcoal from photo and that I've been renting for 15 years and I'm very disappointed in their response.

Calabria is great! Love having the garage and back covered outdoor space. The outdoor fan really enhanced our morning coffee routine! The kitchen is very well stocked. The only item we recommend adding is scissors. Well, and maybe an updated hand mixer. My only complaint is regarding the customer service received from Jekyll Island Realty. The property description didn't list a grill. I could see one in a photo, but couldn't discern if gas or charcoal. I emailed and was, very curtly, informed that if it's not listed, there's no grill. I replied that I could see one in a photo and would appreciate knowing what type. They then did reply that it is a charcoal grill. The property is great! Will be back!

Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable for a short or long stay! There were just 2 of us with bikes. We felt safe and cared for by Jekyll Realty. It was so easy to come and go because of the location and ease of the layout of the house.One problem was with WiFi just taking so long to come on and then it was very slow to respond at night.Quiet neighborhood and no barking dogs. The a/c units at night from next door were annoying enough that ear plugs were needed. Clean, open rooms. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, an abundance of utensils duplicated. Although it was easy to work in, the cabinets were totally disorganized and it took time for the working space to be functional in that regard.

Summer 2021 Sister Stay

Long over due getaway with my sisters and their families! One of my sisters and her hubby are veteran Jekyll vacationers, so we all tagged along and I am so glad we did! This will definitely not be my last visit to this peaceful and beautiful paradise! From uncrowded beaches, gorgeous scenery, cleanliness, friendly people, great food and relaxation, there is everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

Our stay in the Calabria house was phenomenal. It was the perfect place to go home to every night during our 1 week stay on the island. The house was large and clean, the location was good, and check in was a breeze.

Felt like visiting grandma’s

Cute mid century modern home felt like a visit to grandma’s. This spacious home was spic and span and very comfortable for 4 of us. The full kitchen was nicely equipped with nearly any gadget you needed (except a wine bottle opener but we managed) and it had a drip coffeemaker and Keurig. We enjoyed the back patio overlooking the shady and spacious backyard with nice neighbors as well as the neighborhood deer herd! Was conveniently located toward the NE side of the island. Would definitely consider staying again.
