Wailea Ekahi 1B Condo de luxe 1BD 2BA au 1er étage avec vue sur l'océan récemment rénové

L'unité 1B est située sur la magnifique plage de Keawakapu dans la magnifique Wailea. Cette unité du rez-de-chaussée entièrement rénovée du bas du village possède une grande véranda avec une belle vue sur l'océan et des jardins paysagers tropicaux d'Ekahi de 34 acres. Il a un gril à gaz et une table véranda pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Il est situé loin des routes afin que vous puissiez entendre l'océan et non le trafic.

Profitez d'une courte promenade de 2 minutes jusqu'à la grande piscine principale, le pavillon et la plage d'Ekahi ou faites un plongeon dans la piscine calme adjacente !! Il y a 4 piscines sur la propriété! Il y a un accès facile à la promenade Wailea en bord de mer de 2 miles. Vous pouvez également marcher jusqu'à certains des plus beaux hôtels de Maui et profiter de leurs restaurants, activités océaniques et autres commodités, y compris: plongée en apnée, plongée, kayak et location de voiliers.

La chambre climatisée dispose d'un lit king-size avec des rideaux occultants. Le salon climatisé peut accueillir deux personnes sur le lit queen-size Murphy. Les deux salles de bains sont neuves et le maître a une baignoire. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un réfrigérateur intégré, de beaux comptoirs en granit et une plaque de cuisson en verre. Il y a Internet sans fil, une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre, une station d'accueil pour iPod, ainsi que des appels téléphoniques interurbains gratuits vers les États-Unis et le Canada. Ce condo est rempli de serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, parasols et jouets.

Wonderful stay

Our family of four has stayed at the Wailea 1B previously and we really enjoyed our visit again this year. The condo is clean, updated, well equipped and kept in very good condition, with owners are great hosts and super responsive should you need anything. The Ekahi Village property is a beautiful property in a great location, with nice amenities and easy beach access. We always have such a relaxing, fun trip here and look forward to being back again.

Great condo. Great beach

Condo is clean and updated. Great ocean view from porch. Pul out bed in living room is much better then sofa bed we had before. Walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. Fantastic stay overall.

Perfect Location

We love the Wailea area and beaches and this is a perfect location to access the beaches for long leisurely walks, especially at sunset. The accommodations were very nice and the patio was spacious with a great view of the ocean. The grounds are well maintained and quite safe. This condo was everything and more than we expected from the listing.

Great Stay! Excellent property.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Super clean, close to all the shops/restaurants, easy walk to the pool and beach. The pool is great, large pavilion area with kitchen and direct access to beach. Murphy bed was comfortable and so easy for our 9 year old. We can have the tv up and bed ready in under 60 seconds :) Can’t go wrong here…everything is available in unit. Outside of having a few additional hand towels, it was a perfect stay.

Comfortable Condo with an excellent view and short walk to pool and beach

Would book this same condo again; we traveled with our family (6 adults and 7 kids) and this place had enough room for the grandchildren to enjoy a movie or play on the lawn right outside the lanai. We booked three condos, and we felt that this one was had "it all" with grills right across the lanai and an additional pool steps away.

Paradise home away from home

Comfortable one bedroom unit. kitchen well stocked, two full baths a plus. We really enjoyed the views while sitting on the lanai looking at the ocean, palm trees and lush gardens. Pools we’re enjoying with ocean views. Thanks Dan we will return.

Fantastic Hawaii Christmas

Our stay for family of 4 could not have been better. The condo is extremely well designed to make use of the space. Comfortable beds and furniture and a kitchen with everything you need. Wonderful views from the lanai. Dan was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. Hope we have the good fortune to stay here again.

Wonderfully refurbished unit!

This place has been remodeled top to bottom with high quality furnishings. We enjoyed our stay at Wailea Ekahi 1B! We treated this space with the upmost respect (as if it were our own). I hope other vacationers do the same as the unit was beautiful!

Beautiful Wailea location

We enjoyed our stay at 1B. Condo was clean and easy to access. Plenty of parking. Main pool and BBQs are down the hill w easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the "quiet" pool close to the condo as it is not as warm as the main pool and it's deep too - up to 7 ft deep. Easy beach and boardwalk access to get to some of our favorite restaurants - .5-1 mile walk. We would love to return to this location.

We have stayed at ekahi village many times and are always happy we did. Unit 1B was great. Easy access to walk to shopping and both swimming pools. The condo was really clean and also well put together. The owners you can tell take good care of there unit. Can’t wait to go back

The Four Tops

Wailea/Kihei has the top restaurants on Maui. Ekahi complex is one of the top developments in the area with a couple of the top golf courses nearby. The top weather in Maui is here. You can't top it!

Great condo for our family!

Stayed with my husband and our almost 2 year old. It was a good size bedroom (with pack-n-play set up ready for us!) for the three of us. And great lanai and living room to hang out in during nap time and early bed time so we weren’t stuck going to bed early! Right across the private road from our me if the pools and easy walk to the beach. There is a great wagon to pull the stuff there, but do need to lift it down about15 stairs to the beach. Would stay again for sure!!!

Fun and Peaceful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Dan and Tere’s beautiful property! Everything was perfect . It was well appointed with easy access to both Weilea and Kihei, plus the view was great and it was close to the beach and pools. Everything in the unit worked as it should and the Murphy bed was a plus, which was a comfortable place for my two children to sleep. The grounds were immaculate and we enjoyed spending time on the Lanai. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our stay at Ekahi.

We have been traveling to Maui since the mid-90's and since retiring in 2007 we have spent a lot of time enjoying Maui. We bought 1B in 1999 and 1A next door (VRBO# 622244) in 2005. We know a lot about Maui and hope to share our suggestions to make your visit a most enjoyable one. We have hosted groups of our family in 1A & 1B and found places and activities for a wide variety of interests and ages.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We think Wailea is the best location on Maui and that Ekahi Village provides the best oceanfront facilities for the price. The ocean front pool and pavilion provides refrigerators, microwaves, stoves and ovens, an industrial ice maker, ice and chilled water dispenser and large charcoal grill. Ekahi is a friendly property and the sunset cocktail banter among guests is about best beaches, restaurants and golf.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo is across the driveway from a 'Quiet' pool, ideal for reading. Building 1 is away from the streets and enjoys the sound of the ocean - not traffic. The 1st floor makes it easier to bring in luggage. beach gear or shopping bags and provides a larger lanai area for whale, boat or ocean watching. Having our Unit 1A (VRBO# 622244) next door makes them ideal for family get aways in paradise
