We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great stay

This is our second time staying in this gorgeous condo in Ekahi Village. The location and the amenities are great for families. Very well equipped kitchen and all the beach gear you need. Makes for an amazing vacation. Will be back.

Lovely spot in Wailea

The Wailea Ekahi property is the nicest we’ve stayed at in Hawaii over multiple trips. The grounds and pool are beautiful and the redone pavilion is the perfect spot for dinner and sunset watching. The condo unit is beautiful and modern and has most of what you need for a relaxing stay.

A wonderful property. Quiet, very clean, and a fantastic location. We liked being close enough to walk to the beach. There was some road noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. The condo had everything we needed! We enjoyed swimming in the pool that overlooks the ocean. The property management was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much that we asked to add an extra day and the management promptly accommodated us. We hope to stay at this condo again on our next trip to Maui!

The Perfect Choice

This is the perfect location in South Maui. The condo was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The host allowed us to check in early which was very convenient. It took about 3 minutes to walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Beautiful views of the ocean from our patio. Next time we come to Maui we will spend our whole time here. Close to shopping, restaurants and the airport. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to enjoy our favorite island.

Beautiful condo and great location!

We love Ekahi Village and have stayed at various properties for years. This was the first time at this condo. It was beautiful! Well equipped with beach gear, everything you need in the kitchen, loved having 2 full bathrooms and full washer/dryer, and the property manager was great to work with. The lanai is on the smaller side and doesn't have a dining table, but the close proximity to the beach and pavilion outweighs that for sure. Definitely recommend!

Our only suggestion would be to put better lanai furniture, we ended up using the beach chairs on the lanai. If your adverse to street noise, the lanai is quite noisy from the road, we just played music to drown out the cars. Overall a perfect condo!

Beautiful condo

The condo was updated with appliances, beach gear, extra bedding, and towels. The only downside was the noise level from the street. We were not able to sit outside, any time of the day, to enjoy the lanai and watch the sunset or sunrise. It is unfortunate for such a beautiful condo and great location otherwise. The pool code and tv remotes were a little tricky, but the property manager addressed them immediately. We had a fabulous trip and enjoyed the property, but we would not go back and stay at that particular condo because of the noise level from the street. Everything else was perfect!

The condo was beautiful! It was fully stocked with everything (and anything) a family could need to make food and feel at home. Additionally, there were beach toys, boards, coolers and a wagon! We really enjoyed our stay and we’re grateful for how close it was to the pavilion and the beach, it made for easy walks back for anything we forgot.

Wailea Ekahi 18F had everything we needed. The room was perfectly set up with all of the appliances and amenities we needed. The kitchen had everything even teas, sugars which went perfectly with the Hawaiian cookies the hosts left us as a gift. The beach accessories that were included with this room were a big plus, all we had to do was pack the car and go out. We would recommend this room to all our friends and family. We’re definitely staying here next time we go back to maui
