Magnolia Pointe 402-4878-- Ce 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains appartement a obtenu certains des meilleurs vues sur la Myrtlewood Golf Course. La chambre principale est livré avec un swing de roi et la 2ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Ce condo a une cuisine entièrement équipée, tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin de faire un peu de vos meilleures collations à prendre à la piscine, la plage ou pour une journée complète de golf. Le patio est réglé de sorte que vous pouvez vous asseoir et regarder les gens jouer quelques trous de golf.

Family Fun

This was a very nice property. The view of the golf course from the balcony was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the lake provided a beautiful backdrop for our family photos! We will be back very soon!

Beautiful Condo

The condo we rented was beautiful, very clean and easy to access. The elevator was a life saver, since we had our two dogs with us. Everyone had their own space and beds, but we were able to spend time as a family in the living room and balcony. The pool was very clean and easy to access, and even the other guests were very friendly. The host was easy to contact and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. We had a smooth check in and check out process, and we are excited to book with this host again next year.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were several issues that need to be addressed.1.) The unit needs updating asap. It is very misleading when the ratings show excellent. 2.) When we walked in it had an odor. 3.) The microwave has a crack in the bottom middle of it.4.) The ice maker does not work (which explains the ice trays)5.) The carpet has several spots throughout.6.) Both shower doors are off track and would easily pop out if we were not careful opening or closing the doors. Which is a hazard for anyone. It needs to be addressed asap. 7.) The master bedroom had two twin beds instead of a king bed as advertised at the time of booking. Which, this place was NOT the location advertised anyway!! I sent a text and was told to take it up with . All they did was have someone come over to push the beds together, which caused a lump in the middle. It caused our backs to ache and we both have a major headache 🤕 from it. We might as well slept in the twin beds separately! And the other issue is they are very low to the floor AND hard. We tried to stay out as long as we could just to keep from going back to the unit until it was time for bed. 8.) The lighting is so dim you had to turn on several lights just to see in any of the rooms. 9.) The blinds were missing the piece that opens them in the front bedroom. 10.) The patio door cannot lock from the family room area, but yet there is a lock on the door in the master bedroom leading out to the patio. I usually give high ratings but I could not on this one. I attached for days and hours for the best possible location. What's worse is the ratings showing as "excellent." I even went this route to avoid a hotel! I wanted some place that would be "home away from home" but this ain't it. We were in town for our girls basketball championship games for the weekend. I will never forget this weekend. Ever. You can even call me if you feel the need.

Would have been nice to have had some dish cloths and towels which we ended up buying (dollar general) and leaving there for the next guests.Location was perfect for the courses we played.Would definitely stay here again based on condo location and condition, as well dealing with the property management was a good experience

Reviewer Comments: When I first got into the condo, they were a few issues that were quickly resolved by Palmetto vacations. The con itself was roomy and very sufficient. It was quiet because we were on the fourth floor. Parking was easy and the neighbors were real nice.I am definitely staying there next year and hope you do too

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I entered the rental everything looked good and in place. when I checked the balcony, I noticed that it did not lock, which was not too bad as it was the fourth floor. At this point I thought I might still make it work. Then I checked the master suite and noticed that the mattress was cupping through the bedspread and looked to be 12 inches at best, when it was new. I am here on vacation and did not want to wake up sorer then when I went to sleep. At this I left the rental locking the door and drove back to the management company where I returned the Keys and the paperwork as well as sent a message to the management office to let them know I was returning everything. At this point, while it is the week after Christmas, I have not heard anything back from the management company other than to say they would pass the information on to management.

Beach vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible check-in process, a lot of communication prior to arrival but hardly any after arrival and after finding a very dirty apartment. We arrived late and found a lot of things hadn’t been cleaned such as trash, dirty clothes, and food under the bed. We also found a marijuana butt in the master bathroom. Since we had a late arrival, we had to email any issues with pictures to the housekeeping manager and the proper manager. We ended up laundering and cleaning bedsheets, trash, and everything else just to allow our family to rest. I didn’t hear from the proper manager until almost 4 pm the next day and was not able to get a refund or move to another apartment as I requested. By this point, we had cleaned everything and decided to try to enjoy what was left of our vacation. In the end, we were refunded the $195 housekeeping fee.

Mostly good

A roomy 2 bedroom/2 bath 4th floor overlooking the golf course. Nice area, 2 pools close-by. 3 tv sets but not very easy to navigate channels. If you want to cook, bring your own pots and pans.

Needs updating

I have stayed at Myrtlewood for the last three years and I must say this has been the most challenging time I’ve had. You don’t check in at the property you have to go check in offsite. Check in time was supposed to be at 3 PM . I didn’t get a text from the office until 527 when the office closes at 5:30 luckily I was close to the office no remotes in the apartment all lightbulbs in kitchen were blown except one maintenance did not get back to me.Also the beds are horrible equivalent to cheap bunk bed matches put together to complete a full two twin beds of also cheap bunk bed mattresses.The area is great this unit is way outdated not worth the price

Ok

Great location! But the dryer did not work which was a bomber due to having kids swim everyday and went to the beach. There was 7 wasp nest that were on the patio. The DVD player was broken. This is a great location but every thing was not accommodating.

July 2017 Stay

could not have been happier! this is the second time we have stayed with Palmetto Vacation Rentals and both trips have been awesome! the price is very fair. the accommodations OUTSTANDING! Planning to book right away for next year.
