3BR, 3BA 2 Story Gulf Front View Home avec des vérandas face au golfe sur les deux étages. La maison est nouvellement décorée et entièrement équipée. Le salon principal et la grande chambre des maîtres font face à l'océan. Il y a une promenade pédestre publique en face de la maison pour une promenade magnifique au bord de l'eau ou au jogging. 2 points chauds favoris locaux sont dans la rue avec de la nourriture et des divertissements en direct, à moins d'un mille, Caddy et KaTiki. La maison est à 30 min. Conduisez à l'aéroport international de Tampa, 1. 5 heures du monde de Disney à Orlando, et l'épicerie de Publix est à 5 minutes en voiture. Un magasin de dépannage 7-11 se trouve à moins d'un mille.

Great stay!

Home was nice and clean. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Both decks were fun to watch people come and go from the beach. Nice sandy beaches just across the road.

Excellent Location. Great communication with host

This location is ideal. Just steps from the water and less than a mile walk to Caddy’s beachside bar. The Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Will definitely be back.

Better than the pictures!!

Rarely do I find that the property is actually BETTER than the pictures in the listing, but this one is a gem! I didn’t even need to put on shoes to get to the beach, it’s that close. The sunset and morning views from the master and both decks are amazing. They have this home well appointed with a box fan (can’t sleep without one running) beach towels, a wagon to bring things to the beach, chairs, umbrella, etc. Will definitely stay again!

Nice place

Not aware of excessive traffic and public beach parking just a few feet from master bedroom. Obvious areas pretty clean. Sconces on wall behind sofa had so much dust that if candles burned down the dust would most likely caught fire. Excessive sneezing caused me to clean certain items including those sconces.

Best girls' trip ever

Spent 4 days in this amazing home with my three best friends. Not a detail is left to chance from the amazing decor to the welcoming bottle of wine to beach equipment. The kitchen is completely stocked with any type of appliance or cookware you may need. The views are incredible and its just steps to the gorgeous beach. If you have children with you you might want to go to the beach down the street. This beach is LGBT friendly and crowded on the weekend. We had a fabulous time there and made new friends. We're already thinking ahead to our next trip and it will definitely be here! Thank you to Tracy and Mimi for the amazing hospitality!

Location! Location! Location!

This house is a true gem in Treasure Island. Tucked down a no outlet street and right on the beach (Gulf side). Inter coastal behind you. Beautiful boardwalk to take a walk and see both the Gulf and Intercoastal waterway. House has all amenities. Kitchen well equipped. The only recommendation would be to have decent beach chairs. Having to rent chairs at Caddy’s which is a mile away is not a good option when your house is directly on the beach. Host and owner were very receptive to all of our questions and needs. We plan on staying here again and bringing family members this time with ample room.

Favorite VRBO rental to date

•• location location location cannot be beat!!! Literally walk across a 2 lane road to the beach.. go in for lunch and come back out! Sit on the upper deck off the master bedroom and watch the waves and of course the Beautiful sunset on Sunset Beach.. • The house is a very spacious 3bd 3bath.. 2 decks to enjoy. The upper is off the master suite . The lower just off the living room with a bar area to eat outside and enjoy the gulf breeze.. as well as watch the sunset.. • it has been updated since the original photos online; and done beautifully. • Upon arrival we noticed a couple things that seemed to be needed to have been cleaned better- after about an hour & a flush or 2 of the master bedroom commode- water came pouring out right where we thought it needed to be cleaned better!! So it wasn’t a cleanliness issue it was a water line bust issue coming thru the ceiling. It wasn’t a large area though. Within less than an hour the handyman Tony arrived to work on it and the owners Called us themselves!!! Remarkable!! The issue was quickly resolved and graciously! This is probably the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE in a situation that can’t be helped. Home ownership always has issues arise; it’s just life. • This home was so comfortable and peaceful it felt as if we were in our own home. Absolutely hated to leave!!! We want this house as our own!! • Definitely plan to come again soon!

OK Stay, Aggressive Management

All I can say is STAY AWAY. My family visited here and had a wonderful time in Treasure Island, but the house & management didn’t make any sort of positive impact. There were rusty nails and cigarette butts all over the property including on the balcony and in the yard. The floor in the home was extremely slippery, especially when wet or if any sand made contact, which is a major issue since it is right across the street from the beach. We were afraid that my 72-year-old father might slip and fall, so we moved fragile vases and décor into a closet in order to keep it safe. Even though this is a beach house, no beach chairs are provided, something to be mindful of. Since this was a week stay & are not ones to complain, we didn’t address this with management (though the unit was not up to standards). Immediately regret this choice. After we checked out of the house, following all the cleaning instructions (we are a Type “A” family and are very clean), I have been harassed by the property manager. Because we didn’t not complain, she is now aggressively & uncomfortably accusing my family of this mess, when it was there to begin with. I’ve received more than 30 messages harassing me telling me how my family trashed this home. I am honestly at a loss of words because this couldn’t be further from the truth. And now the property manager has charged me an extra fees and will not stop messaging me. She is harassing me with accusatory and false claims. I would stay as far away from this house as possible in order to spar your sanity and your bank account. I am trying to escalate this issue to VRBO because I honestly do not feel safe with this property manager having my information.

Wonderful family vacation!!!

We were in town with our two sons, their wives, and our two grandchildren for a family wedding It was the perfect house for our needs. Plenty of room and very convenient to walk across the street to the beach. We loved it!

Amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect! Remote blinds in master bedroom to slide open each morning to overlook the water! Plenty of room in the house! Caddy’s bar with live music down the street walking distance! Host responded quickly to any questions!

Almost paradise

Lovely home, well stocked and with a tremendous view. I was worried about the parking lot across the street but it in no way hampered our view - and added some interesting people watching including rowing teams! The only thing keeping this from being the perfect spot is the beach itself. It is short and very shelly- almost no soft sand. I'd use it again for sure!
