Situé à The Fiddler, a / k / a Fiddler on the Beach et a / k / a The Happy Fiddler Condos, notre condo magnifiquement rénové est au rez-de-chaussée et s'ouvre sur la cour et la plage. Tous les âges le trouveront très confortable, sans escaliers ni marches dans l'unité. Des portes coulissantes s'ouvrent sur une grande pelouse adjacente à la plage. La piscine en bord de plage est à quelques pas et dispose de nombreuses chaises longues. Il est chauffé à 84 toute l'année. La cuisine et les salles de bains ont des dessus en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Téléviseurs dans chaque chambre et le salon. Il y a un parking au rez-de-chaussée à proximité avec un espace réservé, juste devant votre porte, ce qui facilite le chargement et le déchargement. Il y a aussi votre propre laveuse et sécheuse privée dans l'unité. Vous avez également votre propre terrasse et mobilier de jardin pour vous asseoir et prendre votre café du matin ou votre cocktail de l'après-midi.

Great stay!

Truly relaxing vacation!

What a beautiful location! Miles of flat , easily walkable beach right outside the front door. Gorgeous sunsets every day. The Condo and other facilities were exactly what the listing showed. It was just perfect for us.

Only a few short months after sustaining damage from two hurricanes we were very pleased with not only the conditions of the condo but the entire complex. The owner was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The condo had everything needed for an extended and pleasurable stay. Already looking forward to next year.

Pleasant Beach retreat

This is a nice two bedroom apartment, well decorated well furnished, at ground level. Your back sliding glass door opens out onto a grassy lawn and then on to a quiet sugar sand beach. The heated pool is to your right.

Everything and more

The place was exactly as listedbut as a bonus there were more outside beach/pool accessories and a wagon to carry it all in, which was great as we had two young children with us. The place was clean, beds comfy, laundry in the unit was a plus. Pool was clean, warm & never crowded. Walkable to some of our favorite restaurants (slyce, etc).

The condo was above and beyond our expectations.

The owners thought of everything and the unit was beautifully decorated, very comfortable with many extra touches. Delores was very prompt to respond with any questions. Your view from the back deck which is ground level is beautiful and the walk to the beach is just seconds away. We plan to visit here yearly as it truly felt like home away from home.

winter get away

Totally enjoyed our 2 week stay. The managers are really nice and spend a lot of time caring for the property. Awesome small patio and grass yard adjacent to the beach and pool. Incredible front row seat to amazing sunsets! Very good selection of restaurants within walking distance and the trolly stops are very close to Fiddlers. Its an older crowd at these condo's, but then so are we!!!! Thank you host for allowing us the use of your condo.

Fantastic!

The listing does not do this place justice! It is absolutely perfect - just steps from the beach which was great for my 99-year-old father; in spite of the chilly temps, Mom and I enjoyed the heated pool! Inside is a bit dated, but we didn’t care because we didn’t go for the furnishings. A++!! ❤️

Week in the sun

The property is well situated on a gorgeous stretch of beach. It is an older property and a bit dated but functional. We arrived at 6 p.m. when the management office was closed and it was a bit of a hassle to get the keys as they didn't respond to their phone number listed for emergencies until the third time we called. When traveling with an 86 year old, this was frustrating.

Great location and Nice property

We spent a week here between Christmas and New Years. It was a surprise for my family and we had an amazing week. Owners were very responsive and everything went smoothly. The property is exactly as pictures show. Clean and easy walk out to the beach. This place has more toys for kids than any other place we have stayed. This just added icing on the cake of a great stay as we usually have to buy some beach toys. They also have a nice beach umbrella and chairs that normally you would have to rent if you wanted. The beach area is very nice with plenty of room to throw a football and build sand castles. The pool area for the condos is also well maintained and water kept warm. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous beach!

The pool was wonderful… large & warm and the beach is great. Our unit however was disappointing. There was no door wall screen so you couldn’t leave it open to get the ocean breeze. It has very bad lighting and the throw rugs were filthy. I put them under the bed while we were there to not have to walk on them. The managers are not professional or courteous. The first day ok, but when we had a problem that we asked about he had a bad attitude.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’d like to address your concerns. 1. You are correct that the unit does not offer a screen door to the back porch. The windows, however all have screens. As you can see from the photos, most units in the building do not have screen doors as they often become a hazard. 2. Regarding the lighting, perhaps it was overcast during your visit. The master bedroom has four separate lamps in addition to the large windows. The guest bedroom has additional large windows, an overhead light and fan and a lamp. The guest bath even has a light in the shower/bath. The living space has at least two lamps in addition to the large sliding glass doors leading to the ocean front view. There is a chandelier in the dining room, and at least six can lights in the kitchen. 3. Despite having spoken to you while you were staying in the unit, this is the first I am hearing about any issues with cleanliness. We will certainly follow up with the professional cleaning crew for the building. 4. Generally speaking, our managers have had stellar reviews as they’re always so helpful and welcoming. It’s sad to hear that wasn’t your experience.

Great, cozy condo right on the beach

Condo was just as described in the text and photos. Kitchen was well stocked with the requisite utensils, and the appliances worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable, well stocked with pillows, blankets, etc. Bathrooms were clean and pleasant with nice hot water and good shower pressure. Can't beat opening the sliding glass door and gazing out at the Gulf and its beautiful sunsets, or walking a few steps to the sandy beach itself. Chairs and table are provided for sitting out on little patio right outside. Weather didn't cooperate so we didn't try the pool or barbecues, but they looked clean and inviting. Master bedroom has great king bed, walk-in closet and bathroom, but second bedroom had two twin beds and its closet was shared by the stacked washer/dryer. As such, condo would be perfect for one couple with one or two kids, as opposed to two couples. We didn't meet or interact with owner (although emails were answered immediately), but there was a property manager/couple on site and they seemed very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt like I was home

Overall this rental was lovely. Another reviewer mentioned that it is dark. The furniture is a darker wood finish, but there is ample ceiling and lamp lighting in addition to large patio sliding doors and bedroom windows that let in natural light. The mattresses and bedding were some of the most comfortable I've slept on. The unit is very well equipped with towels and everything we were looking for in the kitchen. In addition, the rental was spacious, and we were very happy that it was quiet. We were never disturbed by loud tenants. Our daughter and I were both rehabbing from leg fractures and surgeries. The pool was so convenient and comfortable to use for aqua-jogging. This was a huge bonus for us! We were able to walk to some places to eat and spent a lot of time walking the beach, which was not at all crowded during our stay. Probably the only negative is a very minor thing. We were able to find only 2 wash clothes. There were so many bath and hand towels but not enough wash cloths for the 4 of us staying there. This is a beautiful location with easy access to the beach and pool with no stairs involved. We definitely recommend.

Wonderful

Quiet, relaxing, beautiful beach, stunning sunsets. Great places to eat nearby, some within walking distance, others short drive on Gulf Boulevard. Unit very comfortable, loved being on first floor so close to beach and pool.

Great vacation spot!

This condo was great! It being on the bottom floor we did not have to worry about stairs. The pool is just off to the right and it’s only a few steps to the beach. The beach area was not crowded. It’s a great place to have fun, but relax.

Great location, well stocked with essentials

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only shortcoming was lack of beach chairs. Only one usable chair ( plus one totally broken one). Advised on site manager and she lent us two of her own chairs for use for one day but needed them back. She promised to email owner to determine how to resolve ( buy and reimburse?). We never heard back so we purchased two chairs which we left at the unit.

First time at Indian Rocks

Our family had a great time at our unit especially being on the ground level making it so convenient to the pool and beach area. Location to everything says it all. Easy communication with property owner.
