Seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de la promenade et pratique à Jolly Roger attractions / parc aquatique. Location très abordable avec un nouveau mobilier de chambre (2 reines), nouveau canapé-lit et écran plat nouvelle LED de 40 pouces. Lave-vaisselle, laveuse et sécheuse, CATV, lecteur bluray / dvd, piscine extérieure, douche extérieure. Parasol et 4 chaises sable fournis mais pas garantis en raison de l'usage des clients.

Everything was exactly as described. Condo was fully stocked with everything you need- clean and very well maintained. We’ve stayed in many units in Sea gate and this was by far the best one. You can tell the owners put in the effort to keep it maintained year after year. We will definitely be back to this one!!

A perfect place for relaxing and chilling out

This was our third stay in Ocean City, second time in Seagate Condos, second time with Ed as our host, first time in this unit. We ended up spending much time in the condo due to a surprise medical issue and we couldn't have picked a better place to chill, relax and enjoy the perfect view. Ed was very helpful and we thank him for his attention to detail. We did venture out to dinner at the end of the week and there are so many good choices right within the area! We would highly recommend this listing:)

The condo was really nice. The oceanfront view from the balcony was beautiful and it was a short walk to the boardwalk. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic Unit in a great place

We have stayed at several units in this property over the years and Ed's unit was by far the best! Everything is comfortable, convenient, clean, and beautiful. A large table is great for a family. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything except for a kettle (we're tea drinkers, so we know to bring our own to all trips). You need to bring your own towels and sheets, but on the plus side, the unit has beach chairs. The location is great - not on the boardwalk, so there are a lot fewer people on the beach, but walking distance to the boardwalk, and practically across the street from the amusement park, water park, go-karts, and mini-golf.

Fabulous Vacation

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. I have stayed many places in Ocean City and this is my favorite. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Ed communicated everything perfectly about our stay. My daughters and I had the best time and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your condo!

This is a beautiful condo with the best ocean view around. This is our second time staying here, and we enjoyed our stay once again. So close to everything, and the owners have always been very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. 5 stars!!

Cannot say anything negative....overall a great place to stay. Fully stocked and everything you need. Ed's description and instructions are spot on. Granted our mom's beach birthday wish and could not have picked a better place. Will definitely stay here again. Give it 2 👍

Happy Ending

We were unable to stay for the entire time through no fault of all parties. Our host was very cooperative and understanding of our situation and quickly resolved things beyond our satisfaction. The condo is very nice and in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

We live in Annapolis and frequently visit OC ourselves in season and off-season to 'get away' for awhile.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My uncle owned a unit in Seagate 20 years ago and we have always thought this was a great property. Recently a unit became available at an affordable price so we purchased it.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Being on the top floor, there is no annoying racket from occupants above. The view is great whether you sit on the deck or look through the 18' wide glass wall. When you're on the beach, you hear people talking about coming back year after year. We purchased this unit in July 2014 and spent a week there ourselves. The end of the boardwalk is 3 blocks away and we rented bikes to take in the 2-1/4 mile ride to the end.
