Eco-Villa with garden and swimming pool UNESCO Heritage area

Located in Govone, centrally situated within the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato region—a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a renowned destination for nature, food, and wine tourism— we offer a spacious, detached villa built in the late 19th century and surrounded by a splendid park/garden of approximately 2,000 square meters. Renovated in 2013 to include four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, it is fully equipped with every amenity and comfort. In 2021, we carried out energy-efficiency upgrades, including a second solar system with storage, a new hybrid boiler with a 500-liter storage tank, and new windows and doors.
Govone is located ten minutes from Alba and the Langhe, as well as from Asti and the Monferrato (UNESCO sites), and is dominated by the Castle, one of the most beautiful Savoy residences in Piedmont, which is also an UNESCO World Heritage Site. On clear days, from the garden looking toward the northwest, you can enjoy a view of the entire Alpine range. The in-ground, brick-built swimming pool offers a priceless opportunity for relaxation. The house is furnished with practicality and care; air conditioning is installed and available as an option in all upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. By 2026, there will be further improvements, including new outdoor facilities with a permanent dining area and better lighting. We look forward to welcoming you.
