The house is distributed over two floors and offers уютные and well-equipped spaces. On the main floor, you will find a comfortable living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar, and a dining area. The villa features 4 double bedrooms: upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds (one with en-suite bathroom), while downstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. In total, there are 3 bathrooms (two with bathtubs and one with a shower).

From the living room, you have direct access to a pleasant covered porch with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining, overlooking the private swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth between 100 and 180 cm), surrounded by a large lawned garden. The property also offers high-quality chill-out furniture and several cozy corners to relax, read, or simply enjoy the Mallorcan sun.

Amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, a fan in the living room, Wi-Fi internet connection, table tennis, as well as full equipment including a baby cot, high chair, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and iron, among others.
