Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Garden city realty was excellent and responsive. House cleaning was ok , but we did need to purchase product to clean the floors and there still crumbs on the floor and a few sticky spots. The house layout and location were fantastic. The house needs good routine maintenance on items like outlets and patio doors. I can't complain about the vacation. We had a great time with family and memories that will last forever.

Perfect size for large families and a great location!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year my family (16)has rented Pleasures P and we love it here! It was clean, inside and out and the views are perfect!! Each room has its own private bathroom, the kitchen and living room is spacious! We would highly recommend this home to a large group looking for a rental on the beach!! The added bonus its centrally located to many ammenities. It’s maybe 15 Minutes to the airport, 20 minutes toMyrtle Beach and approx 15 minutes to Murrels Inlet.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was filthy when we arrived. Also, the pool was really small and we just got lucky that the other house that's next door was empty that we got the small pool by ourselves. My mom got bitten by bedbugs and the maintenance people tried to look for any signs but couldn't find any but she was bitten all over her body.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 26 family members that rented P's and T's Pleasures. We "lived" in P' Treasures, but slept in all the bedrooms. This place was perfect for our reunion. Everyone was so pleased by the cleanliness, the stocking of the huge kitchen, the large rooms to relax in, the nice pool, but the best feature of P's was the wonderful deck. Most of us sat on the deck at sun rise, had our coffee, chatted and just watched the ocean. It was lovely. The two outdoor tables came in handy with eating and drinking while the other table was used by the children for their eating and crafting. Let me add, that being on the ocean was what made these two condos so special.Family members were down there all day, swimming and even kite flying. This property gets 10 stars, if there is a rating like that. Absolutely loved it!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled to Surfside/Myrtle Beach for our son's baseball tournament. The location of this house was perfect! It was close to the ball park & close to the pier when he wasn't playing. Our extended family joined us for the week for vacation. It was plenty big enough for everyone! We were a little nervous that the pool was 'shared' with the next door property, but it was a great experience! Also, it's well insulated, the neighbors were singing karaoke & we couldn't hear a thing inside! A few things I'd add- a bigger broom & a rug inside the deck door. All in all, we had a fantastic week!

Excellent location in Surfside

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is the best part of the rental. It is right on the beach with a private ramp leading right to the sand. Outdoor showers make it easy to wash off the sand, and there's plenty of outdoor space for meals and fun. The keyless entry does not work and despite notifying management when I arrived, it was never fixed during the 4 days of our stay. I was told maintenance would call me to come fix it, but they never did. It took me 20 minutes on hold to reach someone when I checked in to buzz me into the rental. The kitchen has two large fridges. The small kitchen appliances are all old and need replacing. The beds are very soft, and most of my guests found them uncomfortable. They take the 10 AM checkout very seriously. At 9:45 AM, a car was parked in the driveway, waiting for us to leave. The house is about 1 mile from the pier and many restaurants. There is also a hotel within a 10 min walk, which is where some of my guests stayed. I wish I had known the two downstairs bedrooms don't have attached baths. They are separate. All the bedrooms upstairs, however, are en suite. Overall, I would consider renting this home again because of the great location and the fact that it has 8 beds/8 baths.

Working with Maureen was great and the property was perfect for our event. We booked both sides of the house and were greatly pleased with how the week turned out. Lovely spot for all that visit surfside. Truly enjoyed this stay

7 golfers in a comfortable home on the beach. Private baths for all good open space and deck facing ocean. Great value and great place to stay. Maureen the property manager is a pro!

Family beach trip

Just returned from our week long beach trip. Had a great time staying at the house. Great basic place to stay right on the beach. New furniture was nice and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great house with the perfect layout for large family gathering. Would definitely recommend this house and area for others. Easy to find and plenty of parking. This was our first time in Surfside and really enjoyed the area

**Second year staying here, for the RUN 2 Sun car show.

this was our second year staying at this house for the RUN 2 Sun car show. This house is a great spot for large groups of people. We rent both sides, Pleasures and Treasures, both together they will sleep 40 people.. If you a large group, this house is for you! Would stay again!
