Kamaole Sands est la propriété première dans South Kihei. Kamaole Sands est situé en face de la rue de Kamaole Beach III. Whale Watch, nager, plonger, marcher miles sur la plage et regarder les couchers de soleil les plus étonnantes imaginables. Il ya 15 acres de végétation tropicale luxuriante, des plans d'eau et des fontaines. En outre, il y a une grande piscine, deux bains à remous, une piscine pour enfants, 10 aires de barbecue et des courts de tennis. Kamaole Sands est situé au centre et est à distance de marche des commerces, restaurants et activités. Il est également à quelques minutes des parcours de golf de Wailea et Makena.

Unité 1-406 est un, 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain vue sur l'océan unité joliment aménagées, sur la première ligne du complexe (plus proche de la plage). L'unité dispose d'une cuisine complète, laveuse / sécheuse, télévision par câble, d'un lecteur CD Bose / radio, et l'accès Internet wifi. Il y a un climatiseur portable dans la chambre basse, des ventilateurs de plafond partout et des appels longue distance gratuits vers le continent am��ricain. Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la salle de séjour. Avec 1 lit double, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit, l'unité peut accueillir 6.

Very nice condo. We loved the ocean view, and the location was great. Across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and boogie boards.There was a problem with the upstairs toilet when we arrived, but it was fixed right away.Would definitely stay there again.

A return to Kamaole Sands

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kamaole sands is the best property in Kihei in our opinion. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained, the staff very friendly and accommodating, and proximity to the beach is ideal. Some of the units could be updated and deep cleaned but otherwise a perfect stay.

Kamaole Sands is the perfect location for all of your Maui adventures. Beautiful beaches and activities are all within a short drive and Kamaole Park Beach III across the street is great for a walkable beach day. The pool area and bbqs are always in great shape when we come here. The one thing missing from this unit is AC in the main living room and upstairs loft bedroom. Maui was having a heat wave and it was difficult to settle in the loft and sleep with how hot it was.

The beach out front swimmable and very nice with showers. Restaurants and shops are within a mile. The only semi negative thing to say is the 2nd bedroom is a loft, so it is not enclosed and it get extremely hot with no AC. The kitchen was fully stocked but we were missing a wine opener:)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had everything we needed. We had 6 adults and it was comfortable for everyone. The only downside is that the condo got very warm during the day. With only one small air conditioner in the front bedroom, the back of the house and the loft especially were very warm. The place cooled off at night and sleeping was comfortable. We we’re out almost every day so the warm afternoons didn’t bother us to much. All in all the place was a perfect stay for a family of six.

Another great stay at kamaole sands

This is our 3rd stay in this complex. Great location and close to the beach. This is our first time at this unit. It was comfortable with 2 twins beds in 1 room which is great for 2 kids. Loft has the queen bed. Place is well stocked. But kettle was broken so I couldn't boil water for tea. Recommend some oven mitts for taking casserole dishes out of oven. Great full size washer and dryer. Unit is right be office so short walk to the beach. Parking is convenient. Recommend a workable portable cooler and ice packs as would have been helpful for the beach....the one present was broken. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Amazing view and location

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. We walked to the beach every day and could walk to restaurants. We are on the balcony every day over looking the pond/fountains and a view of the ocean. Great location!!

We found this unit to be unacceptable, especially considering the price. We formerly owned a similar 2-bedroom unit in Building One at Kamaole Sands. We have been coming here almost every year for more than 30 years, and have occupied a number of different units in 6 different buildings, so we are well familiar with the standards and what one should expect. On the plus side, Kamaole Sands is one of the most desirable condominium resorts on Maui, building One is one of the most desirable buildings, and this unit has a good location with a nice partial ocean view. On the negative side, this particular unit is poorly furnished, dark and dingy, and lacking in any “vacation resort” feeling. The unit is advertised as suitable for up to six persons, but it simply is not. The first floor bedroom has two small, older twin beds that are quite uncomfortable, with a tiny, outdated dresser, having drawers that are difficult to open. The closet is jammed full with plastic containers marked "For use by housekeeping ONLY" a huge vacuum and a guitar. Where are the guests sleeping in that room supposed to hang their clothes? The upstairs bedroom is inadequately furnished. There was no dresser at all there, just a bed, a small night stand and an ugly wooden chair when we moved in. To its credit, Rentals Maui had a dresser moved in after we complained, although it was damaged before it arrived. Every other unit we have seen in Kam Sands has a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom; this unit has only one, in the living room. This is not appropriate, especially for a family with children. Occupancy by 6 people, even if some are children, would require using the sofa bed in the living room. That is old and unattractive, probably left over from the original furnishings of the 1980s, and inadequate for sleeping. It is very uncomfortable to sit on, even after placing extra cushions on top. It creaks loudly when someone sits down, and our backs ached after trying to sit there for any length of time. The rest of the furniture in the living room was old and dingy. Two wicker chairs were so worn one could stick a finger through the arm rests. Again, Rentals Maui replaced these two chairs after our complaints, but the new chairs are uncomfortable and unattractive, like the rest of the furniture. The arrangement of the LR furniture is awkward, and the lighting is totally inadequate for anything other than watching TV. ADDITIONAL COMMENT AVAILABLE

Great location and complex

Kamaole sands rocks! been here many times. This unit was overpriced for the condition and cleanliness. Wicker arm chairs with worn out armrests. cushions need a clean. Washing machine seal needs replacing. (black stains from guests not looking after it). Upstairs bathroom marginal. Blobs of black stuff came out from under the sliding shower door. Black spots on caulking. No dresser in upstairs loft. lived out of my suitcase. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay. No complaints there. Fantastic location and view. Lots of beach chairs and fun beach stuff. All in all an OK place if it was priced for it's shortcomings.

Great Location!

Sitting on the balcony enjoying breakfast overlooking the beautiful landscaping and ocean view was one of our favorite things about the unit. We enjoyed the tennis courts and the swimming pool. We found if we went right after lunch we didn’t have a problem getting lounge chairs. The Wednesday hula dancers and music at the pool was a nice touch. We will definitely be back again.

Very comfortable! Up to date decor. We’ll stocked kitchen. We loved it!

Overall - 4.9 The only thing was that we got charged for two beach chairs after departing. They said they were missing 3 but because the chairs were not new they only charged us for two. I believe we could have misplaced 2 chairs because we were part of a 17 person family vacation spread amongst 5 condos in Kamaole Sands. I just wish there was a checklist of how many chairs we had to start with so we could have done our due diligence in collecting them all. Small complaint. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful condo.
