Fantastic property and host

This was our second stay. Great location and a beautiful home away from home. Well stocked kitchen if you want to prepare meals and many amenities to enjoy on site (arcade, theater, pool table, fire pit, etc). Host is readily available and provides clear instructions making check in and out a breeze. Highly recommend!

A wonderful stay!

We visited with a group from elderly to toddler, and the cabin was great for everyone involved! The view was beautiful, Emma was so hospitable, the cabin so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to stay again!

Best friends getaway

Just an absolutely beautiful place…. One thing is, the pictures on the sight don’t do it justice, it is so much more beautiful in person. Emma made this the easiest process I have ever dealt with, great communication before, and during the stay. She is a great to talk with. Overall, would stay here again and again when the chance comes up. Sad to see it end, if you want an unbelievable experience in the mountains, stay at this place. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Emma for everything and I hope you guys have a great rest of the summer.

Christmas in the Smokies

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we felt right at home celebrating the holiday there. Emma and Becky were very responsive with anything we needed. We definitely hope to return!

Relaxing Gatlinburg House

We had a relaxing weekend at this cozy house tucked in the woods. The property is well maintained, updated, and clean. The host is super easy to work with and our stay was fantastic.

Great Host

There was an issue with the water due to bad weather just prior to our stay. The owner bent over backwards to take care of the issue quickly and make sure we were comfortable. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Great cabin!

Mrs. Emma is such a great host!! She made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin is great with everything stocked and ready for your family. The cabin also has a great view and in close proximity to Gatlinburg strip! We will definitely be back :)

Perfect Mountain View!!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The house was above expectations and had all amenities we could possibly want. We love nature and got to see deer and a bear. The teens loved the theater room. I highly recommend this property!!

We love staying at the Henderson’s beautiful luxury cabin! Always clean and the view is fabulous! We go and spend as much time at the cabin as we do getting out and exploring. So nice for a family friendly stay! And you are likely to see a bear wander by in the season! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The view was stunning!

I booked this cabin solely based on the abundance of excellent reviews and obviously the pictures. We arrived and the view is breathtaking. The house is absolutely beautifully decorated and had everything you needed to cook meals etc. we had groceries delivered for as soon as we arrived so we did have to waste time shopping. I highly recommend that! The beds were soooo comfortable. My kids LOVED the hot tub,Poole table and theater room. It was a perfect way to wind down after hiking the National Park. Emma was very responsive if I had a quick question and she was very kind to call me and chat about the best hikes, restaurants and things to do in the area. It was the best spring break and just what we needed to reset! Very glad I booked this property! Memories were made

Wonderful Vacation!

This was a perfect Smoky Mountain getaway! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is situated very close to Gatlinburg. We had 4 adults, one teen, and 2 children and there was plenty of space and activities for all. The hot tub was wonderful, and the view of the mountains from the deck is spectacular. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful cabin with an amazing hostess

This cabin is absolutely beautiful with every amenity you could want. Add in the gorgeous views, and it’s already worth a re-visit. But Emma sends it over the top, as she is as hospitable and genuine as they come. We will be back!

We had seven in our group from age 11 to 78! It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. The handicapped accessible shower with stool was great for the older people. The cabin had everything we needed and was so cozy and welcoming. Emma was an excellent hostess as well. Five stars from this Iowa crew!

Amazing Stay!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay, it was perfect! The cabin is exactly as pictured, including the incredible view! We loved the back deck and spent most days on it. The living room is so cozy and the fireplace warmed us up on cooler days. Each bedroom was appointed perfectly. The kids LOVED the loft/game room. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry room was extraordinary helpful. The host, Emma, was also amazing! She was a wealth of knowledge before and during our visit! 1000% recommend Tree Top for your group! You won’t regret it.
