Ce spacieux moderne (2010) 800 Sq. ft. La maison d'hÎtes dispose d'une cuisine complÚte (four, D / W, M / W, réfrigérateur, cafetiÚre Keurig), lit king-size et grande douche à l'italienne, Satellite T. V. et Internet sans fil. Machine à laver et sÚche-linge. Le site est idéalement situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville, de l'Université de l'Arizona et de tous les principaux sites Gem Show. Un bloc de bus de la ville. Situé dans un quartier central de Tucson, plusieurs restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Le parcours de golf municipal de Randolph et le zoo de Reid Park sont à proximité.

Great vacation spot

Great central location and amazing property. Lots of space, it was well equipped and the owners were lovely. This place renewed our faith in vacation rental properties. Hope to be back soon!

Perfect Tucson Getaway

This property is centrally located making it an easy trip to everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay in Tucson. Mike and Bette were wonderful hosts and their guest house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Tucson!

A perfect desert oasis

We had a wonderful time staying at this guest house. As others mentioned it is immaculate and has everything you could need for a perfect vacation. We really enjoyed the neighborhood shops and restaurants walking distance from the house. Highly recommend!

This VRBO guest house was clean, comfortable, and homey. It had everything we needed, was in a quiet, safe, and centrally located neighborhood. The hosts were friendly, hospitable, and communicated clearly and in a timely manner with us.

A Great Experience

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. This property is lovely and private. It's in a great neighborhood and within minutes to great restaurants and local attractions. Mike our property manager was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this location.

Quiet and peaceful setting

The villa was excellent. All amenities you would ever need. Beautiful landscape with a pool. Quiet neighborhood and close to activities. Mike and Bette were excellent hosts. Definitely would come back again!!

Lovely casita in a great location

This was our second visit to this casita, and we enjoyed ourselves even more this time. The house is spacious and well-equipped. My husband and I both noted that, upon the second visit, it really felt like our secret Tucson get--away. The host, Mike, is a quick and helpful communicator. Excellent in all ways.

Peaceful and private central location.

Mike and Bette were wonderful hosts. We settled in and felt at home very quickly. Although the casita shares property with the main house the setting is private. Were we were lucky to hit an amazing weather window and spent our time hiking, biking, shopping gem show sites and took time for a couple day trips. We highly recommend this casita so a relaxing and cozy Tucson visit.

Wonderful Home Away From Home

The guest cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay. It provided everything we needed to feel as though we were at home! The grounds/yard was so nice and provided a relaxing cozy place to decompress at the end of night and energized us for the start of our day. The pool was awesome and so relaxing! The owners were so considerate to our privacy but so welcoming and kind! They made our family welcome when they came to visit. We will definitely use this property again and again! One cannot imagine a more beautiful setting.The modern kitchen has every convenience. Hundred of CD's available for mood music. Walk-in, glass-enclosed shower. Huge closet. Wonderful hosts! We shall always come back.

Exceptional rental in Tucson

We just returned from month at this lovely, peaceful location. The neighborhood is not far from central Tucson, the University of Arizona, hiking and biking trails, and state and national parks. For seniors and others who wish to avoid freeways, great restaurants and food stores are nearby. The entire property is lovely and very comfortable, with high end finishes and a fine king size bed. Perhaps the best thing, however, are the great hosts who were most gracious and made us feel welcome. Do not hesitate to rent this excellent property!

You'll Love It

This casita/guest house is absolutely immaculate and is even more stunning and convenient in person than what's shown in the photos. The pool is just a couple of very short steps away and is clean, private and inviting. My Mother's Day stay in Tucson was fantastic! Mike and Betty were super host and hostess giving excellent food and activity suggestions. As a VRBO owner myself I congratulate you for sharing such a delightful gem! Thank you and I will be contacting you again when I return to Tucson.

Outstanding!

The location of the casita was great! It was close to everything we wanted to see. We visited Barrio Bread, which is just a short walk away. (Tip-make sure to get there before they open and plan to wait in line in the sun. The first time we walked over at 10:30am and they were sold out! The second time we arrived a few minutes before they opened and the line was to the end of the block. We waited about 40 minutes, but it was worth it-the sourdough breads were so good!)The casita was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed! There was an ample supply of paper products, coffee, plastic wrap, and even gallon sized ziplock bags! Most vacation rentals don’t provide those things.I wasn’t sure if we would enjoy staying behind someone’s home in a casita, but the host was gracious and we rarely saw him. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun in the beautiful backyard. My only disappointment was I didn’t get to meet their resident tortoise as he was still in his winter hibernation!Thank you, Mike, for a great stay! We hope to return to Tucson some day!
