Vaste deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains situé dans le cœur de Kihei, à travers la rue de la plage de Kamaole Parc lll. Facile à pied à toutes les plages Kamaole, les magasins à Kihei, et le célèbre Keawakapu Beach. Ce complexe dispose d'une piscine chauffée et des grillades pour votre usage.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée est dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
Unit # 304 a ét�� complètement mis à jour, y compris flambant neuf, inoxydable appareils de cuisine en acier et comprend un énorme, grande véranda de 25 pieds avec vue sur l'océan. Cette unité 2 salles de bain 2 chambres est équipée d'Internet haut débit supplémentaire de sorte que vous pouvez écouter des films, deux salles de bains ont des douches (pas de baignoire). service Internet sans fil gratuit. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. L'unit�� n ° 304 n'a pas de climatisation. Il dispose d'un lit Cal King dans la chambre principale, d'un lit Queen dans la chambre et d'un canapé-lit, matelas acheté en janvier 2019, pouvant accueillir 6 personnes

Generally good, but note...

This property has many good things going for it, however, there are some things you should be aware of. First, the good:* Condo was clean and as described* It was well stocked, (including beach items), we didn't need anything else* In some ways, the location was awesome in Kihei, the beach was beautiful and right across the street* Good view from the 3rd floor deck* Spacious for a 2 bedroom condo* Nice pool* Good internet* The manager was quick to communicate and helpfulBe aware of which affected our stay:* the exterior windows are shutter-like, they are useless at keeping sound out, this negatively affected our sleep as the road the condo is on is a main road and very noisy, also, other tenants seem oblivious to these windows.* no AC, not a big deal except for the middle of day when you can't cool down* parking is very limited and tight.

Amazing Balcony

This was a great location in Kihei. Walkable to the beach (right across the street), shops, restaurants, and activities. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the balcony views were beautiful!

So wonderful. This place is in the best part of Maui.. we went all over the island and found this is the best. The condos are so much cooler and more wonderful than you possibly imagine. Check in process was so easy. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Most magical memories ever.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at the Maui Park Shore. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The amenities that we liked the best were the pool and the large lanai. The location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Nice Condo

Nice stay, decent kitchen items, good size rooms and bathrooms. Never felt cramped with 4 adults. Could use some new ceiling fans as we had to setup extra floor fans in each room and the kitchen. Front lanai doors leaked during the storm but it was pretty bad. Location is nice and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Nice, close to the beach

Our stay here was very nice. We had close access to the beach, and it was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning, but it cooled down at night so it wasn’t a huge deal, just would have made our stay more comfortable.

Awesome Experience

We loved everything about this condo and plan to stay here next time we visit Maui, the property manager was super easy to deal with. When one of the beach chairs broke, they were able to get us a new chair within the hour!! We loved the location and the Maui Parkshore property! My only complaint was the floor, the cabinet handles, lanai floor and lanai table were dirty, but other than that it was great!

Nice view & right across from an awesome beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This complex was great for our family the manager there is amazing, everything very clean and the pool was a daily visit. The unit was pretty good too - lots of towels, dishes, kitchen and appliances/laundry were great. It IS loud with the open air, no AC, and just thin white blinds so it's not a sleeping in place, just have to go to bed early. Biggest complaint is that there is no light on the lanai and that's where the only table is so dinner and games are in the dark or by cell phone flashlight.The ensuite light was also burnt out when we were there and the patio door was difficult to open, but they came out to fix the door quickly. There were beach chairs, some snorkel and small boogie boards for small kids, some larger boards would be nice too. Thanks for the stay!

The overall condition of this property is good, not very good or excellent due to the worn-out condition of the mattress in the master bedroom, the couch in the living room was more comfortable than the bed. Other than this I would strongly recommend you this property. The condition of tbe general (pool, green and BBQ) areas are well maintained.

This is a centrally located property and just across from the beach. The condition of the mattress in the master bedroom is well worn out and it needs replacing ASAP, the foam pad on top of it won't cut it anymore.

Reviewer Comments: First I would like to say, Thank you to all the staff at Rentals Maui Inc.Every time I called during business hours someone answered and was very happy to assist.Upon arrival we had a bed that was not comfortable at all and they sent out a maintenance man out within an hour. Also a very professional gentleman who went to pick up parts to repair the bed frame the proper way. He would not even except a tip. He said the company pays him well.Next the Maui Parkshore condo was incredible. The grounds were 5 Star.I would like to say the on site Manager must not sleep.Every morning she is not just cleaning, but scrubbing all the pool furniture, railings, pool deck, outside shower, and bathrooms. Not just a water wash but with cleaners. I am in the Hospitality industry and stayed at some really nice places but never see housekeepers or management clean like I did this trip. She was everywhere. Even picking up micro trash in the parking lots. Even the bbq grills were cleaned every day. Can’t say enough good things about this trip. Really appreciate the welcome feeling and will definitely try to book through Rentals Maui inv. And stay at Maui Parkshore.THANK YOU ALL FOR A 5 STAR TREATMENT.

Maui Parkshore was everything we hoped it would be. The rooms are spacious, and the location perfect for the beach, pool, and easy walking to shopping and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were many things that did not work a fan which we really needed the slider doors we very difficult to open and close we had trouble with **** roaches the dish washer was broken they did fix this quickly.the closet doors did not slide open. Woukd have been more comfirtable with an air conditioning portable unit it wss humid and hot but wasnt one so know when you stay here no air conditioner.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our vacation in Maui, this unit didn’t ruin our time there,but it was less than great accommodations. The unit was not kept well. The bedroom curtains and curtain rods were dirty and not functioning properly. The ceiling fan in mater bedroom could only be used on low as it made loud noise if turned up. The lanai windows, especially the end ones don’t look as if they are ever cleaned. Bar stools completely worn. We had roaches, which I know isn’t necessarily the owners fault. The manager gave us a can of bug spray and the entire complex was treated during our stay.we still saw them after the treatment . It’s a very noisy complex. Street noise and neighbor noise was very annoying. The place could just use some TLC. Sorry to be a complainer but I think the owners would like to know. Thank you ,Janet Schirtzinger
