Un appartement flambant neuf de 2 chambres de luxe situé au coeur du village pittoresque de Torrox. des nombreux bars à tapas à deux pas de pierre et des restaurants de la place principale, où il est encore possible d'acheter un verre de vin et un délicieux tapas pour moins de 3 euros! Il est aussi un très court trajet en voiture de la mer.

L'appartement, qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes, est terminé à une haute qualité et a été fournie à un niveau beaucoup plus élevé que la plupart des logements locatifs. Les deux chambres et le salon disposent d'un balcon Sud juliette, offrant une grande lumière du soleil toute la journée et à partir de laquelle, vous avez les plus belles vues sur la charmante pueblo blanc et la campagne environnante.

Très souvent, les propriétés directement à Torrox pueblo n'ont pas la commodité de parking à proximité, mais ici vous pouvez vous garer pratiquement en dehors du bâtiment principal, car il y a un parking à proximité, ce qui rend le transport de vos bagages dans l'appartement sans aucun problème. Il y a aussi un ascenseur dans le bâtiment, donc tout est très pratique.

Torrox Pueblo est tout simplement délicieux, il capturera votre cœur à partir du moment où vous arrivez. La plupart des gens ne peuvent pas croire à quel point ils se sentent détendus tout en vacances dans le village. Il est vraiment pas en arrière dans le temps et la visite en Espagne avant qu'il a explosé sur le marché des vacances. Récemment Torrox a été présenté sur L'Hôtel Inspecteur, qui pendant son séjour là-bas, émerveilla le charme suranné de Torrox Village et prédit qu'il sera bientôt fermement sur la carte touristique. Prenez une visite avant ce petit bijou secret est découvert par tous.

La plage locale à Torrox (Torrox Costa) est un très court trajet en voiture de l'appartement, pas plus de 10 minutes et il y a plusieurs autres belles plages à proximité, par exemple la plage de Burriana à Nerja à proximité.

Si vous êtes à la recherche de la base idéale pour découvrir les plaisirs de la région d'Axarquía a à offrir, mais en même temps avoir la commodité d'être capable de marcher à un certain nombre de restaurants fantastiques, vous l'avez trouvé!

An attractive compact modern apartment in an ideal location

My wife and I stayed for a week in this two bedroom apartment in October 2016. It has all the modern facilities - fridge freezer washing machine internet tv and a box streaming UK TV (not Sky). The apartment is on the second floor and served by a lift and parking is in the adjacent two story car park. The accommodation is ideal (size wise) for a couple or a couple with child as the second bedroom is small. There is a wet room with hot water provided by solar energy supplemented by electricity when required. It is a compact property and the kitchen forms part of the sitting room from which there is an attractive view of the valley and white washed buildings in this Spanish village of considerable character. Located in the heart of the village access is via a narrow single lane road controlled by traffic lights.

Better than advertised

My stay from 3march to 9april during this covid pandemic is scary, but I do have clean, well appointed and safe accommodation with a good view as solace. The owner has been more than helpful and concerned, she has behaved as a friend.

This apartment is a lovely place to base yourself if you want travel around the area and enjoy the village life ..we stayed for a week in September , the apartment has everything you need for your stay, and the village has lots going for it to from bars to restaurants .. we found everyone very friendly ..

Torrox pueblo - How to enjoy a part of authentic Spain

A well appointed and comfortable base for touring the region. The beach and coastal resorts are actually a bus/taxi ride away. Torrox pueblo is delightful for a get away from it all holiday.

This is a fabulous apartment, the pictures are great but the real thing is even better. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the lovely aroma and the cleanliness of the place. The views are lovely from all the windows and every little thing you could possibly need had been provided. The village is lovely and all the locals are really friendly. The centre with all the bars and restaurants are just a short stroll away. Louisa was really easy and very pleasant to deal with from the initial booking process right through to the return of our deposit at the end of our holiday. There were a couple of tiny glitches but these were dealt with extremely promptly and without any fuss. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and we will certainly be returning.

We love Torrox Pueblo

Very conveniently situated apartment, easy walk into the Plaza, we have slight mobility issues so the lift to the apartment was a welcome benefit. The apartment has everything you could wish for, it is beautifully decorated and furnished , the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. Torrox is a delight , very laid back, and friendly and population mainly Spanish who work locally .with a smattering of expats from various countries and holiday homes. A good mix.

PERFECT

We had a fantastic holiday in Torrox in July. Can't speak highly enough of the apartment owner's communication pre-booking and the same goes for the apartment. It was our first visit to Torrox and we know already that we want to come back next Spring. We will be booking this apartment again because I doubt there is any better than this one and we were spoilt with such a great location. Thank you for providing such first class accommodation.

Simply wonderful

Having just recently returned from Torrox, I want to say a big thank you to the holiday home owner for providing us with accommodation that exceeded our expectations. We literally felt like we were staying in a high class hotel but with the benefit of additional privacy, space and cooking facilities. We hadn't been to Torrox before but it had come very highly recommended by friends. Again the holiday destination exceeded our expectations. We travel a lot and this was honestly the best holiday we have had in a long time, so we plan to return to Torrox and most definitely to this beautiful apartment. We miss the view and the sunshine! Wonderful

Highly recommend Torrox and highly recommend this apartment. As described it is a home away from home, it's furnished beautifully. Luxurious is a fair description. We will visit again and stay here in the Winter, as it's an all year round destination.

Can't fault this fantastic apartment in Torrox

We stayed in this apartment a couple of weeks ago, it was very nice. It's really well furnished, it's very modern, clean and bright. The lift to take your suitcases up to the second level was handy because we had 2 heavy suitcases and the parking is a stone's throw from the apartment. We selected this apartment because we liked the idea of being able to walk to nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the local square which has quite a few tapas bars which are so reasonable, we ate there everyday. We didn't know what the weather would be like this time of year so we were pleasantly surprised how warm it was. A bit chilly in the evening but still able to sit outside with a jumper. Would we come back again? Yes, we've already booked for a week in July. For the standard of accommodation the rental prices are very good. Mr & Mrs Froome.

Gorgeous apartment, and that view :-)

We stayed here for a week and could easily have stayed longer. The apartment is simply lovely. The kitchen is fully equipped, not that we prepared much other than breakfast as the nearby restaurants and tapas places are fabulous, just a few minutes walk away and very reasonable too. The owner was spot on with her descriptions of them.The bed was very comfy and I am a fusspot over a good night sleep. We hired a car and we were able to park almost directly outside which was perfect. I loved relaxing in the lounge with my book and looking out to the stunning view. Torrox is a real Spanish village, very laid back and friendly. We were not ready to come home and will most definitely return in the summer.

Hi, I'm Louisa, I live in the UK but travel as often as time/work allows me to. I have been to some beautiful places in the World, the Caribbean Islands are an absolute favourite, mainly because I love how relaxed I feel from the minute I drop the suitcase. I have also travelled a fair amount in Europe and have never found anywhere where I feel as relaxed as I do in the Caribbean, until I discovered Torrox! I work in real estate in both the UK and France but when it came to purchasing a holiday home I chose Torrox.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I first discovered Torrox 17 years ago, when my Sister bought a Villa there, I have therefore visited many times over the years. About two years ago I decided to buy a holiday home in France (since I work in the French Real Estate market), it just so happened around that time, I went back to Torrox, having not been for about 3 years. It surprised me how "at home" I felt whilst I was there. I sat in the main Plaza and decided there and then, that I would love to own a holiday home right here in Torrox. With a lot of help from friends & family who assisted me in the search, a lot of patience and a stroke of luck, I found the most perfect second home, I call it the Plaza Concordia Pad. I always knew I wanted to be in the heart of the village, as I love it's authenticity, it's spirit and the people but I never imagined that I would be lucky enough to find a luxurious apartment that had not been lived in just waiting to be loved (as I do) in the most idyllic position in the village.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It's hard to find accommodation in the village that allows full sunlight, as most properties are facing one another and as such that does block out the light. A bright property was very high on my wishlist and as such, my apartment benefits from the full length doors and balconies facing South, so you can watch the sun rise and set. Also due to it being on the second level, the views are lovely! A bit of everything, white washed buildings, lush hills and whilst standing in the kitchen a glimpse of the sea. The building itself is of a traditional style, exactly as all the building surrounding most Spanish Plazas. However the interior is very contemporary, with clean light ceramic tiles throughout, white walls & kitchen and beautiful woodwork. I have therefore furnished in contemporary style to compliment the overall design and finish.
