Détendez-vous dans cette cabane en rondins pittoresque mais spacieuse des années 1950 nichée dans les pins Ponderosa à prÚs de 8 000 pieds.
Vous ne voudrez pas quitter le porche avec sa vue sur une prairie de dĂ©tente et l'imposant pic Redondo. Oh, et vos sens seront remplis de la beautĂ© des pins. Nous fournissons mĂȘme le cafĂ© pour vos matins sur le porche.

Les quatre chambres dorment huit confortablement, mais quelle chambre choisirez-vous? La Chambre Cabine Connexion? Salle Fleur? Salle de Bird? ou une piÚce occidentale? Ils sont tous décorés pour vous.

The Pines est situĂ© Ă  2 miles de la pĂȘche Ă  la truite, randonnĂ©e, un dĂ©panneur et Spence Hot Springs. C'est juste une courte distance en voiture de Jemez Falls, Soda Dam, Fenton Lake, Valles Calderas et la ville de Jemez Springs.

Cette cabine mise Ă  jour est Ă©quipĂ©e d'Internet, des jouets, un tourne-disque, des disques et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec 150 DVD prĂȘts Ă  regarder. Un tĂ©lĂ©phone fixe avec des appels illimitĂ©s (aux États-Unis) est disponible puisque le service de tĂ©lĂ©phonie cellulaire est sommaire dans la rĂ©gion - espĂ©rons que vous vous rappelez comment utiliser un tĂ©lĂ©phone Ă  cadran.

La propriĂ©tĂ© a un barbecue au propane et deux cheminĂ©es - une Ă©lectrique et une combustion du bois. StockĂ© avec la plupart des ustensiles de cuisine et des appareils et mĂȘme quelques condiments de base, vous serez en train de cuire une tempĂȘte en un rien de temps. Une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse sont disponibles, mais il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, retroussez vos manches.

La cabine est l'endroit idéal pour une réunion de famille, une réunion de groupe ou une escapade romantique en couple. Blottis à la fin d'un quartier, nous vous demandons de respecter nos voisins en réduisant le bruit.

Vous pouvez voir un wapiti, un lynx roux ou un chevreuil dans la région. Mais, ne laissez pas la nourriture à l'extérieur pour la visite des ours aussi.

Rappelez-vous - il s'agit d'une cabane en rondins rustique vieille de 65 ans au milieu des bois. Ce n'est pas une station balnéaire vierge. Et c'est pourquoi c'est si charmant.

Wonderful weekend in the Jemez. The house was nice and warm. We enjoyed watching the birds in the morning on the porch. Close to the Valles Caldera and hiking paths. Even enjoyed a drive to the Valles Caldera at night to try and see the comet.

Nice rustic cabin nestled in the pines. We loved the porch to relax and watch the hummingbirds at the feeder. They are so close you can hear the flutter of their wings. Sunrise and views from the Bear and Flower rooms are beautiful to wake up to. Very peaceful spot. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the essentials. Thoughtful touches. Thank you. Great location for hiking and exploring the Santa Fe National Forest, Valles Caldera National Preserve and Bandolier National Monument. Just go slow on the road leading to the cabins as they are not maintained.The reason not a 10/10 was the cleanliness of the cabin upon arrival. I would recommend charging more to hire a cleaning service that also includes a touch up the day before arrival. The owner was very responsive and nice to work with. Easy checkin & checkout.

Have been staying here since 2015. It is perfect for our needs. We enjoy sitting on the porch looking at Redondo Peak while watching the hummingbirds, squirrels, wild birds and bats. Will come again next year.

Weekend Refresh

I love staying at The Pines! The cabin is wonderful and reminds me of home. Quick drive to Valles Caldera National Preserve and Jemez Springs. Plenty of hiking and nature to enjoy! I especially love sitting on the porch and watch the birds, chipmunks and squirrels. I enjoy being able to make meals and relax. Looking forward to coming back!

Exceptional Experience

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was very relaxing. The property is full of birds, the pine forest smells great and it is very quiet. The cabin is very comfortable. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we have ever enjoyed.We enjoyed our trips to Jemez Pueblo and to the Valle Grande. There is a lot to see in the area and the location of this cabin is superb.We have stayed at 4 different cabins in this area. The Pines is the best!The Pines is simply the best experience we have had in the area. It really is exceptional. We plan to return.

There were four of us family members who enjoyed having The Pines as our home base while enjoying the area and each other. Great music collection! Well- equipped kitchen, lovely and relaxing porch with great views.

Great for groups, beautiful setting!

Went up for 3 days over Thanksgiving holiday with my Mom, my daughter and our dear friend visiting us from CA. The Pines is cozy, spacious and lovely to come home to after a day out exploring. It is a cozy cabin with lots of great DVD's! The Pines is a short 8 mile drive west of the town of Jemez Springs, so be sure to bring all of the food that you'd like to prep and eat. The kitchen is well-appointed. There is a liquor store and now a small convenience store not too far from the neighborhood, just basics. The area is full of trees and beautiful views, plus a small grouping of neighbors that are not too close but around if you need 'em! I highly recommend having a soak at the Jemez Bath House and the pizza and brews at the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse, but maybe not on the same day!

Fall Get Away

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in the Jemez Mountains. The cabin is short drive away from the Valles Caldera National Preserve, Fenton Lake and Jemez Springs. We enjoyed going for drives down forest roads to see the lovely fall colors of the aspen leaves, oak, and wood vine. We had a great dinner at the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse and loved watching the sun rise and set from the porch of the cabin. Lots of wildlife to see and enjoy! The cabin is cozy for two or spacious of a family of five. We love our time at the Pines and visit often.

New Mexico Hidden Treasures

We liked the cabin and the its location. We enjoyed watching the deers wandering around the cabin without a care. Apart from the heater incident and without a washer machine, the cabin is well equipped for a group of 8 adults. The host was very responsive and cooperative. We very much appreciated her attention to the issues encountered during our stay. We'd like to suggest that the host should remove many items in the refrigerator/cabinets in order to make space for guests' supplies. The area, Jemez Springs, offers many hiking trails, hot springs and water falls. All hidden among the pine trees.

Beautiful location and the cabin is really comfortable and lots of land. Kids were able to play on the large property and we could enjoy the view. Wonderful time. Great cabin for families.

Peaceful and pleasant

Loved the record collection! We jammed out while we enjoyed fresh pine mountain air. The sounds of the rain and thunder put us to sleep each night, which was a wonderful unexpected surprise. Many adventures were had, core memories made for our little ones. Will definitely be back!

Jemez Beauty and Comfort

The cabin was in a beautiful location with amazing views. It was comfortable and roomy for 4 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils as well as spices and condiments. The only improvement we noticed was in lighting. Especially when working on puzzles, of course we are all over 50, so that is part of it. We would all like to stay here again for a long weekend and it has already been recommended to several friends.

Daddy’s 93rd birthday!

Loved the cabin and the way it is decorated. My father wanted let you know that you are a “classy lady.” He loved loved looking at deer and the birds from the porch. He slept in the bird room and enjoyed it. Close to everything, hikes, fishing, etc.

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, graduated from OU, then was a public school music teacher for 20+ years. We moved to South Dakota for 5 years where my husband was a dean at South Dakota State University and I worked as a community coach, before landing permanently in Rio Rancho, NM in 2011. Now, we both write - he writes screenplays while I write mystery novels. (You might even find copies on the bookshelf)
As a child, my family had a cabin in Missouri that we escaped to on a regular basis. It was always a place to rejuvenate. Now that I'm a New Mexico resident, I can't get back to Missouri very often and missed having that relaxing getaway.
So, we bought this charming log cabin in the Jemez Mountains to do just that. After fixing it up, we decided it needed to be shared with others and are renting The Pines out during the times we aren't enjoying the amazing Jemez Mountains ourselves.
We hope you will consider this relaxing place as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The Pines is unique in that it feels secluded, but is fairly close to other homes. It's only 50 beautiful miles from Rio Rancho, 60 from Albuquerque and 40 miles from Los Alamos.
The Jemez mountains have so many amazing places to explore. This property is in the perfect location - At 7,850 feet elevation, it's 15 degrees cooler than Albuquerque with no traffic noise, and lots of green surrounding the property.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The cozy feel of 'Grandma's House' is what hit me when I first saw this place - with the charming 1950's bones. After updating the property, it is still reminiscent of the old days, but with most of the modern conveniences we are accustomed to now.
We love sitting on the front porch with a drink in hand visiting and watching nature, or take a walk down the gravel road. It's very therapeutic.
