Beautiful Cabin!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was great and worked really well for our retreat with the women in our church. We had a wonderful time of fellowship and relaxation during our stay here. The beds are pretty hard, so come prepared for that if you are not used to sleeping on a harder mattress.

Quick getaway with family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I thought we were kind of far from everything but once I got a lay of the land it doesn’t seem far at all. The only real issue we had was we had to wait to check in a little longer than expected and a maintenance man was still there an hour and a half after we were originally supposed to check in. Then once we got settled we wanted to get in the jacuzzi but it wasn’t working properly. Maintenance did respond and fix the issue quickly. After that we really had no complaints. We had enough space, it was nice and cool. We had a good view of the mountains. It was an overall great experience.

Beautiful, ,love all the wood , and the layout..Not enough seating.The wall hanging, and decorations are dated and faded and need to be replaced.No emergency heat , and the cabin stayed cold.

The cabin is listed to house 30 plus people but there is very little comfortable seating on any of the levels for more than 3 or 4 people at one time. We took a family of 14 and we not able to be together except at the table while eating. The cabin beside played VERY LOUD music starting early morning until very late at night. This made our stay not very peaceful, but also was not the responsibility of our cabin company or owners. Overall, I would recommend this cabin and use it again.

Would have had plenty of room for the 32. The cabin was great looking. Had plenty of room on the inside. Had plenty of stuff for the kids to play around with. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful. We just very much like to thank the ones that are in charge of this because they made our stay great.

Great cabin for large group gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group and needed to divide sleeping arrangements, but wanted comfortable beds. This cabin is clean and has comfortable beds with many entertainment options. The hot tub didn't work when we arrived, but was fixed extremely quickly when we called in the problem and it was enjoyed for the rest of our stay. The kitchen could use a few more cooking pans/pots for larger quantities, but we were able to make do. It's not luxurious, but is comfortable, clean and cosy with lots of wood and nature accents. Enjoyable stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a nice cabin for our large family. The drive to get up to the cabin isn’t horrible, but probably isn’t for the faint of heart. It was off the beaten path, but pretty central to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. It takes about a half hour to get anywhere, just because of how slow you have to drive on some of the roads. The only thing I could really complain about is that the mattresses are rock hard. That’s a big deterrent for my family and I, and we likely won’t stay at big bear lodge again, because of this.

This cabin is beautiful and really utilizes all the space by keeping the bedrooms tucked back and easy access to bathrooms with plenty of living space!! It’s a super close and easy drive to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I will definitely be using this company again with the great customer service I received! The original dates got cancelled due to COVID-19 and they were super easy and fast and giving me a voucher and helping me rebook the place for a different time!!! The customer service even sent me numerous other cabins to accommodate our large group of this one wasn’t available that weekend. :)
