We had an incredible stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals for our large family.The layout was perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Beach access was convenient and made spending time on the sand effortless.If you’re looking for a home that combines comfort, convenience, and amazing scenery for a family getaway, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location was great, right on the beach. The two master bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bedroom downstairs was very small. Living area was perfect and views of the ocean were beautiful. You share a (very steep) staircase into the house and down to the beach with the unit next door. This didn't bother us, but something to keep in mind as you could see into the unit next door when you're walking up from the beach. One of the only downsides to our trip were the bugs and flies. The flies on the beach were terrible and bit us the entire time (Cactus juice was recommended by the beach patrol, and that helped some). There were also a lot of bugs swarming the porch and tons inside the sliding glass door. That should be cleaned/vacuumed out prior to guests checking-in in the future. We obviously understand that you can't control what's outside, but making sure the house is free of bugs before check-in is expected. Regardless, we loved the location and it was easy to have our babies at the beach. Would return!

The property was lovely-it overlooked the beach and was very luxurious. The kitchen was very well equipped with great appliances and several unexpected small appliances which we made use of. The beds were comfortable and the furniture in the living room handled the group well. We had no porch furniture when we arrived, but the management team quickly responded to my texts, provided a solution and followed through to resolve the problem.

Luxurious house, impeccable location, everything was in great condition and the direct access to the beach was a dream. Wonderful!

We spent the days after Christmas and NYE at this gorgeous house. It was the very best Christmas present! The house is beautiful, and the ocean-front location right on a very quiet beach, away from crowds, was wonderful. We can’t wait to go back!

Very relaxing! Accommodations looked exactly as pictured. Private beach setting, not crowded, in quiet neighborhood. Walk to restaurant and shopping - about 15-20 mins.

Awesome!

We will for sure book this house again. One of the better places we’ve stayed at along 30A over the course of 15 years. This house was awesome. The view, location, and cleanliness was great. The recent upgrades inside of the house was a huge plus.

Location, location, location!

This rental has a fabulous view! Everyone was comfortable with plenty of rooms and beds. The decorations are refreshing. Everyone enjoyed the showers’ water pressure.

Week with the family

This was a fantastic place. We rented both East and west sides of the house the whole house we enjoyed ourselves immensely, and Rebecca with the Properties management company was one of the best girls we had ever dealt with. We want to thank them and also want to thank all the restaurants for feeding us so well such great seafood we had a great week.

We will DEFINITELY be back

We had our Thanksgiving Family trip and this house came with everything we needed to feel right at home. The view of the beach immediately draws you in. This house provided privacy and a wonderful exclusive spot on the beach. Every room was beautifully designed. We are already looking to rebook this home and we just got back 2 days ago.

This property location is spectacular with beautiful beach views and access. For our party of 12 we had plenty of room. Negatives were that virtually nothing is provided. No beach chairs, empty propane tank, no condiments, worn mattresses, etc. For the price paid, I would expect a little more to be included. This is also a “duplex” which wasn’t clear, so we had neighbors. That said, we had a great time and really enjoyed the location. I would return to this area again for sure.

Perfect beach vacation

Great house but the best is the location and the beach. Beautiful and private, what's not to love! Only issue is that the listing says "'Newly Designed", probably should say "recently" as there are some signs of age/wear which is to be expected a rental property. Just be aware that it is not "new" everything anymore. Still all in all a terrific place to call home for your time in the area.
