ABOUT THE HOME: This is Grovey By The Sea; a luxurious ocean front home with gulf views in the heart of 30A's Seagrove community. From the moment you walk through the door you are drawn into the home's elegance and stunning views of the sea. Stepping out onto the expansive balcony, you could get lost in thought just listening to the waves come ashore and letting the ocean breeze erase your stress. But you can savor that later after your day in sun and surf which are just steps away at your private beach. This property comes with seasonal beach service chairs service and set up (2 chairs, 1 umbrella Mar - Oct).

Grovey By The Sea is designed for multigenerational gatherings with an elevator and single story living space. The open concept living space allows everyone to spread out yet stay connected while you dine and relax together. The cozy sofa and fireplace in the living room will be just the spot to watch a movie or your favorite team. And there are four king bedrooms and a sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep ten.

ABOUT AREA: Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Seacrest Beach. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining. Eastern Lake and Deer Lakes provide wonderful spots for quiet reflection.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- There are 2 designated parking spots and 1 on a first come, first serve basis in overflow area.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

One of the finest experiences to date!

I have stayed at multiple VRBOs and this was absolutely one of the finest! We wanted a place near the ocean with a great view and it was absolutely perfect!! It was even better than advertised if possible. Service was amazing with a free bonfire! They also left us a great welcome box with goodies. We would hope to get to stay there again.

Beautiful Home/Family Friendly/Great managers

Beautiful Home/Family Friendly/Great managers. Our stay was awesome! Thank you for the gift box, there was something for everyone in it! This home has everything you need, from utensils to towels. Bikes were used every day we loved biking to Seaside for the food trucks. Pool and beach steps away never crowded. The beach front view never gets old. Bonfire that was included was very fun kids loved it! Booking and communication is great! 1000% recommended 30a beach girls and this beautiful home Kaylee and Jay, Grandma and Grandpa and 4 kiddos.

The view and service PERFECT!

This condo was beautiful. Very spacious and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking. Perfect spot close to Seaside. Everyone in our group loved the condo. 30a becah girls Hollie and Joy were very kind and communicated wonderfully. Will book with them n ext year.

Spring break dream!

30a beach girls was so fun to work with. I mentioned it was my daughter's graduation this year. They surprised us with a balloon wall, the rental included a bonfire night and bikes. The rental was spacious, clean and had the most amazing views! It was also away from all the chaos happening in Seaside thankfully. None of us wanted to leave. - Amanda

Beyond all expectations

We had an amazing stay at this property with our family, including my spouse, four sons, and our oldest son's girlfriend. The location was fantastic, with an easy bike ride to seaside food trucks and shopping, and the convenient beach access downstairs made our beach outings a breeze. The house was well-equipped for cooking, making our stay even more enjoyable. It's a quick drive to Pier Park and other non-beach tourist spots. The accommodation was not only lovely but also spotless and comfortable. The 30a Beach Girls were fantastic and incredibly easy to communicate with. They provided numerous perks, including a free bonfire, making our experience even more special. We would highly recommend this wonderful place and look forward to returning to this specific beach location in the future!

Enjoyed our stay

I’ll start off with the location was great, the views were beautiful, condo was cute. We enjoyed our stay. My two negatives are, the house has three floors and other people stay in the other floors. So you don’t have entire “house” to yourself like I thought. So that was a bummer…and communication we only got by text message. Nobody answered when we called. Other than that, it was overall good

Thank you for the amazing vacation.

Perfect Location for 30a beach stay!! Arriving late at night my husband I are were curious if this rental would be a good as it looked on line. Indeed, it surpassed our expectations! Clean and inviting, we immediately felt at home in this charming condo overlooking the most intense and beautiful water. As walkers, we found the neighborhood to be so appealing and really enjoyed getting to know the various areas, the beach in both directions and so many good restaurants within our area. What wonderful views all hours of the day along with sunsets with different color palettes every evening! Beautiful pinks to purples. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice being able to do a load of laundry. We so enjoyed sitting on the deck coming in from our sightseeing. It was reassuring to be able to access the property managers, when needed, and they were very helpful with recommendations. We loved being in 30a and, having visited several neighboring areas, we would definitely come back to this rental any time we can get back to this part of Florida! The very enjoyable bonfire that is included was a very enjoyable and indulgent evening. It was home-away-from-home and we are excited at the idea of returning!

Dads 80th birthday!

We are return guests with 30a beach girls, first time to this beautiful gulf front condo. The location can't be beat at all. Priceless view and steps to beach. Having the elevator was essential to my father as he has Parkinson's. Condo was clean and well supplied as other homes have been. The trip was interrupted by the family staying downstairs. A witch with a stick up her butt for sure. First her daughters were leaving notes for our teen boys and ding dong ditching our door. We let it go since the kids were having fun. BUT the witch started banging on our door and very angry about the situation HER girls started. Then she yelled at us and said you need to go to bed it sounds like a herd of elephants are up here. THEN she called the management company that we had a dog. My father has Parkinson's and cancer, yes he has a service dog. My father served in Vietnam and has many awards and badges and guess what the army trained serve ice dog wears a vest with my dads ribbons. It couldn't be any clearer this dog is a service dog or what about the fact when this crazy witch arrived we were in the parking lot helping my dad who cant walk on gravel get to the elevator and she talked to us AND my husband and kids offered to help this heartless witch with her items. She could clearly see how handicapped my father was. SOOOO the owner of 30a Beach Girls comes at us irritated that we broke the rules until we invited her over to meet my father and his dog. She came over with an employee and even brought my dad a key lime pie. She apologized and tried to downplay the witch downstairs and apologize on her behalf. Heartless is what that witch is. She knew the condition of my dad and her daughters started the whole note and ding dong dash. The following days the witch was still a witch and even made snide remarks whenever we were at the beach. So my points would be awesome condo, awesome service, hopefully the witch doesn't rent again. It's sad that there has to be those types of people in the world they create drama and try to diminish others lights.
