Notre condo rénové Gulf Front 5ème étage est si bon pour l'âme !! Sortez de votre lit king-size le matin, prenez votre café sur le balcon tout en regardant les dauphins ou promenez-vous sur la plage à la recherche de coquillages! Passez vos journées à vous détendre sur la plage de sable blanc poudré, à nager dans le golfe ou dans la piscine chauffée, à pêcher, à faire du shopping ou tout simplement à explorer John's Pass, St. Pétersbourg ou à proximité de Tampa.

Ensuite, faites griller les plus beaux couchers de soleil que vous aurez jamais vus !! Prenez votre photo parfaite depuis le sable ou le balcon! Terminez votre journée avec une multitude de restaurants à quelques minutes de Sunset Beach. Rentrez chez vous, promenez-vous au clair de lune sur la plage, profitez du Wi-Fi gratuit, choisissez un film dans notre bibliothèque de films, ou détendez-vous et installez-vous pour une merveilleuse nuit de sommeil, tout en écoutant le son des vagues ci-dessous!

Great place!

My husband and I stayed for a week for a friends wedding nearby…this is a really great place. Very clean, cute decor, beautiful beach and sunsets every evening! For over 15 years we’ve been coming to Treasure Island and try to stay at Sunset Chateau. Shelley & Kirk’s condo was wonderful! It is steps to the beach! The pool is beachside! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. We hope to stay here again….

Great condo, perfect location

We had a great time at sunset beach, the condo was well equipped had everything you could need and more. Shelly was very friendly and she even checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were doing okay. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Wonderful!!!

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay for your vacation look no further. This condo is decorated beautifully, nice and clean and has everything you need to have fun in the sun! Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and being able to look out over the Ocean from your condo. The area is nice and quiet and cute beach bars just down the street! I can’t say enough good things!

HIGHLY Recommend

We HIGHLY recommend staying at this lovely condo on Sunset Beach! This is a very clean, tastefully decorated beach themed condo. You will find it extremely relaxing with the most beautiful ocean and beach views and sunsets right outside your door! There is alot to do in the area; many restaurants, parks, beaches, and shops all within a short driving/walking distance. We truly enjoyed the time we spent here for our 25th Anniversary and will plan on staying here again one day soon!

Repeat renters!

We love this condo! it's right on the beach and one of the best spots we've ever rented. Our favorite activity was swimming, walking on the beach and watching sunsets. Shelley does a fabulous job taking care of us and the condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable and all the beach toys and chairs are great too! Can't say enough about it! and can't wait to go back next year!

“Beautiful Sunsets”

This property is in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to some restaurants and bars.. We loved the fact that it is so close to the water. We could hear the surf and watch beautiful sunsets. The condo was just the right size for two people. Well equipped. With kitchen utensils and beach supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Anniversary Getaway

We had an amazing time. Wish it was longer. The condo was perfect. We had no issues at all. The sunsets were beautiful and the beach was awesome. We went fishing off the old Skyway bridge, walked on the beach, relaxed in the sun and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and the sunsets. We will be back. Thanks for a great place to stay.

LOVED!

I can't say enough about this condo! We loved everything, starting with talking with Shelley. She was super working with, I felt like I was talking with someone I had known for years. Super nice person and the condo was great! We loved going in Oct., the weather was perfect. Dolphins each day and the beach was beautiful. Condo is very clean, had everything we needed for the beach. Sunset Beach Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights for our honeymoon. The apartment had everything we could ever need and more. Location was perfect for what we were looking for, not in a resort/touristy area but close to all kinds of restaurants, bars, and little shops. The beach was literally our front yard! Ocean was crystal clear with tons of shells (I found 7 sand dollars), sand bar a couple feet from shore. I have zero negative things to say about the apartment, beach, or area. We plan on coming back soon!

Couldn’t be better

The condo was very clean! The decor was beach house and comfy! The bed was Great! Every kitchen cookware and utensil imaginable was available along with some basic cooking staples! Plenty of beach toys, umbrellas and coolers were available to us!! Every morning was spent on the balcony drinking coffee and watching the waves roll in. This condo it literally on the beach!! You wont be disappointed! Shelley provided every necessity and then some! She even went out of her way to assist us when we arrived late (flight delay). Keep in mind the elevators lock at 10 pm! I must admit that is another plus to renting this condo! I will definitely be back!!

Best vacation ever!!!

Everything was awesome. The condo was clean and everything was exactly like in the description. We was so happy when we saw a mama dolphins with her baby from the balcony. Weather was crazy but because of that we were able to see a different ocean every day. Beach is great and not crowded. Beautiful shells and amazing sunsets. Close to the condo is Caddy's restaurant on the beach ( just 5 minutes walk) and the food and atmosphere is great and the prices are not bad either. During the weekend it's a little crazier there but because live music and more people. This Condo is awesome place for relaxing vacation. No need to look any further. Shelley is great with communication and always has a great advice with the things to do around Treasure Island. One more time ..best place for vacation!!! Thank you Shelley and Kirk for having us. We will be back as soon as possible.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

We decided to rent a condo for the weekend as we had family visiting. We had never been to Treasure Island before and always stay in hotels, so we weren’t sure what to expect with a rental property. We LOVED our experience! The property is less than 10 yards from the beach, so it was an easy walk to get set up. Also easy to go back into the condo for snacks, etc. The location is also within 5 minutes of a Publix and it’s very easy to get to St. Pete as well. There was plenty of parking. Perhaps most importantly, the owners were very responsive and invested in making sure we had a great stay. Shelley was wonderful! She sent a detailed email with recommended restaurants, things to do in the area, etc. She also left a binder full of information in the condo. In addition, the condo was fully stocked with beach chairs and equipment, linens, towels, dishes and cutlery, anything you might need. The HOA appears to be a bit strict about parking passes (understandably so considering the proximity to the beach) and the condo is a cozy 1 bedroom, so things were a little tight with a 1 year old running around, but we were still very comfortable overall. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to any couple or small family.

Shangri-la!

What a spectacular vacation! My husband and I enjoyed ourselves for the week at this immaculate condo directly on the beach. Everything you could possibly need was there. Shelley provides all you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies to pool and beach necessities. We didn't even rent a car for this trip, as we were able to walk or get a ride anywhere we wanted to go. The island has a "free" ride system with drivers that work for tips. Just about anything you need is within walking distance too. Perfection! Shelley has provided a binder of local information that came in very handy while we were there. The beach was pristine and I found close to 100 sand dollars, met the resident seagull Gertrude, watched magnificent sunsets every night, walked the beach every morning with my coffee, and enjoyed all of the local hangouts. Ka'tiki is a locals hang out. Their drinks are cheap and the burgers, $3.00, are great! Caddy's has a wonderful breakfast and the Bloody Mary's are the best. Do not hesitate to book this place. Communication with Shelley, then owner, was fantastic. In addition to the unit itself being immaculate, every day there is a grounds cleaning crew mopping the breezeways, hosing away sand from beach goers, cleaning up the elevators from sand and debris, and making sure everything is kept spotless. The worst part of our trip was saying goodbye. Thank you so much for a much needed break from reality!
