Perfect location

This home is absolutely perfect for exploring Laguna Beach. It is steps from the ocean and it is a lovely stroll to town where there are great restaurants and shops. The house itself is lovely with spectacular views. We were oh so comfortable here and our neighbor, who acted as our concierge, was so helpful. We would recommend this home highly and would plan to stay here again on our next trip to southern California.

Wonderful Crescent Bay

What a wonderful home to stay in to experience all Laguna Beach and it's surroundings have to offer. This home (and that is how you feel when you are in it...at home) has it all. From the top story you have fabulous views of the ocean and Crescent Bay Park, you are just steps away from the Laguna Beach Trolley stop that takes you to the Pageant, downtown for dinner, or just to Main Beach, and it has all of the amenities you could possibly want. I have rented this home numerous times, and ALWAYS hate to leave. It is clean, airy, great for a families and very secure with its gate at the front entrance. The owners are so accommodating and if there was any issue (which only happened once when I couldn't get the dryer to work - it was unplugged) they are very accommodating. The owners also have a property manager nearby in the event of any issue. The house is literally a 5 minute walk to Crescent Bay - one of the best beaches in Laguna. Downtown is only a 20 minute walk if you don't want to take the trolley. All in all, this is such a great house and fantastic location. My only reservation would be for older folks with possible walking issues, as there are stairs to the upper level where the main portion of the house is located. Otherwise, you can't go wrong! Next time I need to stay for two months (or more...)!

Since you were here we upgraded to the largest washer available to keep up with a family's worth of beach towels . Perfect for families, amazing location and everything you could need

We ordinarily travel to Phoenix each year (a combination of work and pleasure) and with two young children we’re always a bit wary staying somewhere new. We have to say though, we’ve got nothing but great things to write here! From the location (we wondered whether a previous guest’s description of the walk to the beach being a minute long may be an exaggeration but it really is!), the spacious rooms, the warm outside shower, the garden and parking. Everything was ideal. Rob was on hand just over the road should we need anything, the next door neighbours are welcoming and our three year old absolutely loved his daily trips to ‘the beachside’ before bed. You can walk to main beach through the neighbourhood (takes about 15 mins) and there’s shops/restaurants galore. If you’ve children there’s plenty of small coves and a few lovely parks nearby. Art galleries, sweet shops, plenty to see and do. But most importantly, the house is just on the cusp of the action so you’re just surrounded by quiet each night and the odd seal noise! The property comes with tonnes of wardrobe space, all the kitchen essentials you could ask for, WiFi, books, bedding, towels and cable. We’d return time and time again and are already planning when we can next visit! Thanks for having us Joe!

Amazing Home in a Perfect Location!

This was our second stay at this amazing home. Even though we live in Orange County, we love staying here for many reasons. 1. Being able to watch gorgeous sunsets over Catalina Island every evening from the living room sofa; 2. The one minute walk to beautiful Crescent Bay; 3. Daily walks through Heisler Park to Laguna Main Beach; 4. Exploring the many tide pools; 5. Taking the free Trolley to downtown, which has a stop right across the street from house; 6. Having a driveway large enough for our guests to park on; 7. Having beach towels, chairs, toys, cooler and umbrellas available for use; 8. An outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after playing at the beach… the list goes on! We had a couple rainy days this time, so it was nice to sit by the fireplace with a good book….from the bookshelves downstairs which have many to choose from. Joe is very accommodating, and Robb lives a few doors away, if we were ever to need anything. Thanks Joe, Judy and Robb. We are already looking forward to staying again next year!

Great Laguna Home!

This was a great home for our family vacation! Kayaking the coves, relaxing on the balcony (ies), playing on the beaches, riding the trolley to Rubys! This home will not disappoint anyone! Very well stocked, clean, and actually the photos hide the "WOW" you actually feel when you get there! Lots of closet space! WiFi works great. Backyard was a bonus for the kids to play in the grass. We will look forward to our next trip here! We have visited Laguna many times, this will be one of the great memories. Thanks Joe, Judy, and Robb.

Well equipped hi- end home steps to the beach

This was the most luxurious home we have rented in the four years we have been traveling to Ca from the East Coast for vacation. The items that stood out to me with regards to amenities were the smart tv, wifi, surround sound with pandora, outside shower and driveway. Parking is insane in Laguna and being able to pull in after shopping at the grocery store or to unload after going to another local beach is tremendously appealing to me. With that said, people will try to park and block part of the driveway... Luckily we noticed the two occassions it occured and made the people move their cars. The bedrooms in this home are large and have ample if not more than enough closet space... The downstairs den was amazing because the kids could hang down there while the adults sat on deck listening to music or talking in main living room. Also, was nice to have some outside space for the kids to run around... They could go outside and not have to play in the street which, was busy at times and steep. One thing that was tough was the walk down to the beach... It is steep. Our kids did it but it was very steep and i was a smidge worries our youngest might slip bc there also is alot of sand on the walkway. One helpful item might be some type wagon to get the gear down and back from the beach... nothing else negative really... Oh and one thing that was really all- class was they had two passes to the saw dust festival and to pageant of the masters~ very nice... We used both...saved us some cash! Property manager a few homes away but never intrusive only around if we needed him! Theres so much more you get with this home that you dont in others homes i could go on n on...

Fantastic property, accommodations, location, location, location!

We have had the absolute pleasure of staying in this house on a couple of our trips to California. This immaculately clean property is truly a home-away-from-home featuring attractive and comfortable furnishings, bedding, linens, etc. (Such comfortable beds!) The open, ample, well-outfitted kitchen´s open-to-living-and-dining-space design allows us to spend time together cooking, eating, relaxing and talking (And, the kids can play video games!). All rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and glowing with natural light. Be sure to sit on one of the decks for coffee or cocktails to relax and take in the views of the Pacific.....When it is time to play on the beach or take a leisurely sunset stroll on the sand, we absolutely adore the proximity to the cove-like Crescent Beach. It feels so private and is so well kept. Literally, we walk to the beach in a few minutes--no hassling traffic or paying for parking, no need to worry about forgetting something at the house....you can pop up and get it in a jiffy. Everything we needed for our stay was at the house, the property owners are wonderful to work with and.....it always feels like home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My wife's family had one 'must have' when moving to Laguna beach .....the home has to be on the beach side of pacific coast highway , kids and PCH don't work ! We have parking, which in Laguna is Hugh ....nothing worse than going out for the day only to return home and have to drive around the neighborhood to find a spot to park ! The ocean is a 60 second walk from our driveway and upon your return from the beach we have an outdoor shower,and when evening comes we are WEST facing which is a must if you enjoy sitting out on one of our two upper decks and watching the sun set. North Laguna is the quite side of Laguna , we are located in crescent bay which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in California and if your coming to enjoy tide pools full of fun sea creatures your in the right place or if your a walker or jogger you can use Heisler parks trail along the ocean or if hiking is your thing the trail head is 3 blocks up that takes you to town....all out our front door.

Laguna Beach is considered to be one of the premiere vacation locations in all of Southern California with access to the arts (home to the world famous Pageant of the Masters), ocean recreation, sporting and amusement events. Our home is custom build by a well known architect and furnished with custom furniture and finishes we take great pride in our home and rent it knowing that it is maintained to the highest level and equipped as your home would be ....this is not a weekend rental as we rent once a month and hope that this is a memory maker for all who visit and our end goal is that you come back and we end up with 12 great family's a year that consider this there home away from home !
