Magnifique vue sur le son et l'océan / accès au son et piscine!

Notre condo est situé sur Spencer Creek et Pamlico Sound, il a la vue la plus époustouflante sur le son depuis le balcon et la chambre principale. Ce condo confortable dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains au troisième étage avec vue sur Pamlico sound. Vue sur l'océan et beau lever de soleil depuis le pont avant. Les couchers de soleil la nuit sont magnifiques depuis le balcon arrière. Regardez la planche à voile et le kitesurf sur le son du balcon.
Il y a une télévision dans les deux chambres. Le salon a TV, DVD et chaîne stéréo. Internet par câble et sans fil «WIFI» est également fourni. Livres, jeux et collection de films pour s'amuser en famille. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, verres, petits appareils électroménagers. Il y a une nouvelle gamme et un nouveau lave-vaisselle pour la saison 2018. Détendez-vous ou nagez dans la piscine privée. Louez ou apportez votre propre kayak. Ocean Air sports nautiques est juste à côté et loue des jet ski, kayak, paddleboards et autres articles de sports nautiques. Promenade tôt le matin sur la plage ou baignade au début de l'océan! Il suffit de traverser la rue pour rejoindre la magnifique plage d'Avon. Notre jetée sur Spencer Creek est parfaite pour la pêche, la navigation de plaisance, le canoë et le kayak. L'accès à la plage à quatre roues motrices est juste en haut de la route. Les promenades latérales sont un nouvel ajout à cette zone. Idéal pour les promenades quotidiennes ou une journée de shopping dans les boutiques de cadeaux et les magasins de plage. Profitez d'une balade à vélo le matin. Apportez votre vélo ou louez un vélo et rangez-le dans un placard de rangement au rez-de-chaussée. Plusieurs magasins de location de plage sont proches pour les vélos, les chaises de plage, les parasols et les planches de surf. Les articles peuvent être livrés en condo. Table de nettoyage du poisson et buanderie sur place. Douche extérieure située à côté de la piscine. Grill et aire de pique-nique sur place. Faire l'épicerie au Food Lion à seulement 5 min. sur la route. 3 pâtés de maisons est DQ pour le voyage de crème glacée en soirée. Grands restaurants le long de l'autoroute 12. Ketch 55, Bros Sandwiches, Oceanea, Mad Crabber et bien d'autres. Cafés, magasins de crème glacée, Kitty Hawk Kites, la vie est bonne et d'autres magasins de cadeaux à distance de marche.

Ce condo est entretenu par Hatteras Helping Hands en tant que service de nettoyage et service de réparation. Les draps seront fournis. Cela sera inclus dans les frais de location indiqués. Hatteras Helping Hands peut également fournir des serviettes, un service de conciergerie, des services d'épicerie et de livraison pour un prix raisonnable. Beautiful location with sound and ocean access! Everything we needed in our rental was available. Great pool. Lots of wildlife to enjoy! Three precious otters in the canal, baby rabbits in the backyard and a very light colored raccoon. Convenient to everything!…groceries, water sports, ferry, great food. Best vacation in years.

This condo is in a great location with amazing views. There are a decent amount of steps to get to the third floor but it is well worth it. Great communication with the owners. I would say the cleaning service could do a better job. Upon arrival, there were clumps of hair on the floor in the bathrooms, a fake eyelash on the floor, a hair bonnet that was left, and goldfish all over the back deck. We also cleaned the kitchen/dinning room floor because of how sticky it was. We don't blame the owners for the cleanliness and would still recommend staying at their property!

Good week at the beach

Overall, we had a good week and had all the basic necessities. We had an issue getting into the laundry room which was frustrating for a couple hours but we did get in eventually. I was surprised that we were told to brong our own towels a few days before we checked in, I wasn't expecting that and they should have been more clear that they weren't providing anything besides bedding. There were no bath mats, hand towels, nothing cloth other than bedding. You also can't adjust the thermostat and it gets warm in the afternoon. Overall though, we liked the pool, easy walk to the beach and to get ice cream. The deck overlooking the sound was nice and we brought our own paddle boards so having an easy place to launch was great and my daighter fished right off the dock a few nights. We even used the grills one night to cook dinner which was nice to have available.

What a great location and cute condo with lots of characther! So great to be able to walk to the beach and the sound and enjoy sinrise from the front deck and sunset from the back deck! Excellent hosts!

My family of 6 so enjoyed No worries. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well equipped for our every need. I loved our views from both balcony and front porches. Awesome restaurants and amazing beach. We loved the pool. All of the neighbors were so nice and offered great info.

Needs some work

I was a bit shocked we couldn't turn the air up. In the evenings it got up to almost 80 throughout the apartment. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. Also, the gate to the pool is dangerous. It should never swing out over the stairs. I fell down the stairs from the top and landed on my back at the bottom. Surprisingly, I did not hurt myself more than I did. Thank goodness I didn't have my 1 year old grandson in my arms when it happened. Other than that, we did make some really good memories.

Wonderful Condo in Avon

My husband and I very much enjoyed our long weekend in Avon overlooking the Sound and the Ocean very close by. The condo was decorated in wonderful nautical style which we really enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped. Avon is the perfect spot on the Outer Banks because it is perfectly located to visit Hatteras as well as Nags Head. I highly recommend this condo.

Enjoyable vacation

Check in/check out was easy. Communication was good. Condo location was quiet but convenient. Pool area was nice and we had it to ourselves occasionally. We brought kayaks and enjoyed using them in the sound. We used the 4x4 beaches and there were multiple ramps close by. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes from condo to sand. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there’s no type of lift, which was manageable for us. Thank you for sharing your condo and all the available conveniences (dishes, beach toys etc). It was our first time staying in this area and we will definitely be coming back. :)

Our New Favorite Beach Place

First time to OBX and we are so glad that we chose Dave and Jeanne Dugan's condo to stay at. Truly beautiful views morning and night! Contacted Jeanne and she was really responsive! We realy appreciated that! Condo was really nice! Quiet and so relaxing! Just what we needed! We did not want to leave! Avon was a great town to stay in! Quiet, food was great and really just a small drive away from many attractions. We walked right up street for breakfast many mornings. Kitty Hawk Kites and ocean rental place right next door. Already checked to see if they had any other weeks available this summer!

Sunset beauty

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this unit! The location was perfect for beautiful sunset views of the sound. We loved the dock on the sound for evening fishing and crabbing! DQ was only a few blocks away, making for fun memories made walking for blizzards and cones. The town of Avon itself was perfect for our laid back vacation! Our only mentionable dislike of the property was the lack of bath towels and limited bed linens. The towels are mentioned in the listing, we just failed to notice as we aren't used to rocodong our own towels for a condo. The bed linens were limited to 2 sets of sheets, despite 4 beds. However, we made do and did not contact the owners. I'm sure they would have made accomodations. Overall, we loved this unit and this area of OBX!!!

Great location

The first words my wife said as we entered the condo was "this is nicer than the pictures." The condo was clean and neat, the rooms are just the right size (we are a family of four), and the location is excellent. The back deck provided an fantastic view of the Sound with seating for all four of us -- and the Sound is so large it feels like the Condo is Ocean-front. A gas station is less than a mile away, and a Food Lion is a bit over two miles away. Restaurants abound nearby, and major attractions like the Hatteras lighthouse, The Lost Colony show, and the Wright Brother memorial are within 20 minutes to an hour away. Despite the closeness of these things, Avon is not highly commercialized. The pool was clean, and we had it to ourselves for the three days we were there. The beach is a short walk away (although walking over those dunes in soft sand is a workout). :-) The lockable storage area contains beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella -- and it's large enough to store a couple of bicycles as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect week at the beach.

My family and I had a perfect week staying in this condo. It had everything we needed (except towels of any kind, make sure you pack them) and had easy access to the beach. We loved enjoying the pool and even had it to ourselves frequently. The stairs did get to be a bit tiresome after long days and walks on the beach, so if you have issues with stairs I would keep that in mind. The view from the balcony was perfect and I enjoyed it most mornings and nights. Overall I saved the property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place with all the amenities one could need for a week away from home.

Gorgeous view and very well kept condo

This was the first time to the outer banks and I must say we will never go to Myrtle again for our yearly vacation. The drive was a little longer to the outer banks but absolutely worth it! The condo was clean and stocked with almost everything you could think of. The owners of the property couldn’t have made it an easier stay at their property!

Comfortable stay

Condo is very homey and looks to have had some updates done. Back porch area is nice with partial view of the Sound thru next row of houses. Unit is on third floor which gives you 40 steps to climb but does give you better views.

Just Like Home

Staying here was just like home. They really took the time to think of everything and the place was clean as well. Thr view was breathtaking and the surrounding people were friendly as well. I definitely would stay again.

It is the most relaxing place for us. We always wanted a place of our own to vacation and rent. Hope you enjoy it as much as our family.

We chose this property for the spectacular view of the Ocean from the front deck. The pretty ocean side sunrise and the Pamlico Sound sunsets at night. The pool is a great addition. Steps to the beautiful Hatteras Island beaches. Access to Pamlico sound for fishing and water sports. The covered balcony is very relaxing morning and night.
