Pleasure Point est situé sur un point offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Murray, à Gilbert, en Caroline du Sud.

Cette maison exécutive peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes, avec une maison principale et un studio au-dessus du garage, elle est parfaite pour des vacances en famille.

Cette maison bénéficie d'une grande vue sur l'eau avec un porche enveloppant qui comprend un gazebo drapé de glycines avec un foyer pour la torréfaction Smore en soirée et une zone protégée par des ventilateurs pour échapper à la chaleur.

Il y a aussi une plage de sable où les enfants peuvent se divertir. L'eau entière de la propriété commence peu à peu et devient progressivement profonde, ce qui est parfait pour que les petits enfants jouent avec un parent.

La maison a un quai avec l'année autour de l'eau et une excellente pêche pour Striper. Il y a aussi un ascenseur à bateau qui pourrait être ajusté sur arrangement pour ceux qui cherchent une location à long terme.

La maison principale dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains et demi. La chambre principale à l'étage dispose d'un balcon privé avec vue imprenable, lit king size Serta et salle de bain complète avec sol en marbre, douche debout, baignoire jacuzzi et toilettes avec bidet français.

La deuxième chambre dans la maison principale est également à l'étage avec un grand lit superposé.

La chambre du bas dans la maison principale est grande avec un lit queen size (nouveau matelas Serta).

Il y a aussi un studio ci-joint au-dessus du garage avec une cuisine complète, un lit king size et des lits jumeaux, une cuisine, un salon et une salle de bain complète.

La maison a des planchers de bois franc et / ou des carreaux et des comptoirs en granit avec un concept de plancher ouvert, tout ce que vous recherchez dans un cadre de direction, de la vue sur le lac, à la surface habitable de 3800 pieds carrés. des eaux du lac Murray.

Fantastic family vacation

The property is amazing and the space is fantastic! My family and I had an amazing time and Tammy was a fantastic host. We made amazing memories and hope to get back. Every day there on the lake was a blessing!

Amazing!

We had an amazing vacation in Tammy’s home. The house is situated with beautiful views of the lake, it was clean and nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication with Tammy was super friendly and helpful. She responded quickly too! Highly recommend!

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay at the lake! The house is as described. It is a true family house with spectacular views and outdoor space. It does not feel like a five-star resort, but I do not mean that negatively. The screen porch and gazebo are lovely. The kitchen is adequate -- coffee pot needed help but the Keurig works fine. The sunsets were just incredible. It's an easy drive to Publix, a bit farther to Starbucks, and Columbia is a bit of a hike. We enjoyed the big cozy living room with enough space for several adults to lounge; nice flat yard for a lowcountry boil and space for the kids to sidewalk-chalk; wanted to enjoy the fire pit but it was a bit windy/chilly.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Some family couldn’t come so that was disappointing. We had our elderly mom with us (93) so getting around was difficult. The house was clean on inside but definitely could use pressure washing and some upkeep especially screen porch. Soap for showers could have been provided and more paper towels. Overall, we had a nice stay and it was comfortable.

Fabulous Lakehouse and owners

Everything was just perfect for our son’s graduation weekend from USC! Very spacious home with so many areas to relax and enjoy the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and it was very easy to dock at the property. Memories for a lifetime and we would love to come back sometime soon! The South Carolina Gamecock decor throughout the home was an added surprise that everyone loved! Thank you Tami😘

One of the best vacations ever!

If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have. Perfect VRBO for getting away, relaxing and enjoying God's creation! Both Sunrises and Sunsets over the water right from your front and side porches. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Lots of little get away spots to enjoy some quiet time, but also, a great place for gathering together and enjoying meals, games and fellowship. I hope that some day we can return. Thank you Tammy and Matt for sharing this awesome place.

University of South Carolina Graduation Weekend

The property was perfect and even better than expected! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and in a gorgeous spot on Lake Murray. We enjoyed the porch and lawn too! I hope we can go back again for a longer stay!

Guys trip

Had a great experience golfing and fishing on the lake. Owners were easy to contact and allowed an early check in, as well as providing dining recommendations in the area. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Masters Trip w Friends

Nice home located directly on beautiful point on Lake Murray SC. Perfect for 3 couples as it has 3 full baths. One of the 4 bedrooms has double bed, good for children. Loft apartment is cozy however acesss through garage and one of the other bedrooms is slightly awkward. Owners are extrememly helpful and very accomodating. House is very nice albeit a little dated. Large kitchen and comfortable living spaces.

Dated needs improvements

Great view of the lake. However the blinds are in such poor condition we could not get them all up. Not enough flatware to serve 10 and it is in really poor condition. Had to buy plastics for dinner. Tubs are not ones we would take a bath. Towels worn out. Couches in house were nice. Chair at counter not stable. Couch on screen porch dirty and old. Loved the view. Sad to say we won’t go back to this place.

Lake Murray Rental

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. It is perfectly located on a point with a large porch, gazebo, and yard right on the water. You can see the water from almost every window in the house! It was my daughters 21st b'day so she had a few friends from college stay with us and there was plenty of room. It does need a bit of TLC as things are starting to wear and the master shower is disappointing and needs to be redone. It would be nice to have comfortable outdoor lounge furniture so you could relax out on the lawn. There seems to be a rather strict "no parties" rule. We were sitting in the gazebo playing cards at 11:00 pm, talking, laughing, etc. and the neighbors called the owners complaining of too much noise. Overall a wonderful trip!

Weekend at the lake

The location of this house was beautiful. You could see the lake for miles! Everything we needed was at our disposal. We sat on the deck or in the gazebo most of the time we were there and relaxed. Annual lake Murray trip!

We loved the pleasure point home for our trip this year! The owners were always available for tips and info. Towels are supplied, but only one per person, PACK EXTRA FOR WATER PLAY. We enjoyed all the amenities from paddle boards to Cornhole boards, no one was left out! Water shoes are a must, as the shore is nice, but lots of small shells.

Would recommend again

I can't say enough about how easy check in was. The views were amazing along with the property. The owner was more than helpful to answer any questions I had prior to our arrival and quick to contact us once we were there if we had any further questions or issues. I wanted my grandson to be able to do some fishing and he was able to catch fish pretty much every day we were there. One thing the know is the boat dock if you bring your own boat. The owner informs you in advance that the house is on a point and that the water can be rough. While at times the wind might make the water a little rough it's more from the inconsiderate boaters that fly buy the property creating the waves. I've never seen such a lack of boating etiquette. Do bring water shoes but you'll be surprised at how far you can wade out and still be in shallow water. We met 3 of the neighbors while we were there and they were just as friendly as could be. There's plenty of room for everyone and I can't say enough how much you and your family will enjoy watching the sunsets at night. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good place to enjoy time with family and friends and the views that Mother Nature provides.

Fantastic vacation

This is a lovely home located in an ideal location with beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood is very quiet. There was nine of us in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the porch every morning as we drank our coffee and planned our day. The house is at the very end of the island with a lawn large enough that we could easily play games of corn hole. The boat traffic was not bad at all during the week but picked up on the weekend. The lake is big so even that wasn’t a problem. Our week here was great and went by entirely too fast. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Lake house

House was beautiful. Dock needs a little work. Mainly if it had a floating dock. Would be better. Water was rough at dock but was told about that at time of renting. Property owners were great. Area house is at is tight. No trailer parking but also was told about that at time of renting also. Left trailers at landing and wheel chocks was stolen so would put chains and locks on anything left there.

Perfect Property

The home and property was absolutely perfect. Tammy and Matt could not have been more accommodating. The house was meticulous, property magnificent and amenities for outdoor lake fun were great. We were traveling with a handicapped family member and he was easily able to navigate the home and property on his own. Lake Front Paradise

The house is perfect for a family reunion. It is large, comfortable and located on a point of land with a view of the beautiful sunsets. The Tucci's are extremely accomodating and quick to respond to any reasonable requests. I highly recommend this property for a restful and entertaining getaway!

I was blessed enough to grow up playing in the tranquil waters of Lake Murray and always dreamed of one day owning a home on the lake. I passed this love onto my husband. This home is our dream home and we are delighted to share it with you.
