Family reunions, guys' getaways, special interest groups, and corporate retreats, have all enjoyed the seclusion, serenity and spaciousness of this 4+ bedroom waterfront home on fabulous Lake Murray. Wide open spaces both indoors and out present a variety of scenic settings for both togetherness and solitude. A vaulted great room, furnished screened porch, and breezy wrap around porches with rocking chairs welcome Uno players, lemonade sippers, and Kindle readers while the waterfront deck, fire pit, and gazebo present the perfect venues to watch the sunset and toast the day (plus a few marshmallows as well!) Kid- and Fido-friendly, parents love the bunk beds, ping pong and pool tables, and cornhole game plus the nearby quiet cove perfect for tubing and waterskiing. Foodies appreciate the well-appointed kitchen (with two additional refrigerators in the garage), anglers relish the bass-, bream- and catfish-filled waters, and daydreamers savor the 180-degree views of the lake.

Nobody’s Business is located on the south side of Lake Murray near Acapulco Landing known for its great fishing.

Beautiful and spacious

We rented The Lake House because it was only twenty minutes away from the venue of my great niece’s wedding. Our son and daughter along with their spouses along with our beagle joined us. The house more than accommodated all of us. Weather permitting there is a lot to do outside and no matter what the weather plenty to do inside. My husband and I are hoping to return next year.

Weekend getaway

We decided to make a weekend getaway with friends and really enjoyed this property! The only downside is that we couldn't stay longer! The house was very clean, and well organzied, and exactly as listed. We are already planning our next stay!

Excellent Lake Murray House!

We had a wonderful time at this lakehouse on Lake Murray for our annual fall fishing trip! Great location on the lake with plenty of dock space for boats. House was very clean, well stocked, and owner was very friendly. Overall, a great experience and hope to come back in the future.

Great Retreat Opportunity

I brought a small youth group for a weekend retreat. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed all of the amenities offered at the house. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to any needs. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Thanksgiving Family Lake Vacation

It was the perfect place to stay with all the conveniences of home. Spacious rooms with comfortable bedding, large kitchen/dining/great room with wood burning fireplace was so much fun to gather in together. Pool table & ping pong table was a hit as was all the many paces to gather together to rest, relax & make memories. The dock and firepit out back were AMAZING pluses to have at this home. The spectacular sunsets were the highlight every single evening! We will definitely be back and recommend this home to our friends & family ~

6 Moms Relax

We had a very relaxing girls weekend at this home. The views are exceptional and there are many areas where you can spend time outside looking at the lake - a screened porch, open porch with rockers, lower deck, firepit and gazebo. The host was very responsive and the check in was super easy. If you're looking to relax and spend a quiet weekend on the lake, this is a wonderful option.

Comfortable rustic home

Everything was as described except for microwave door problem. Host said didn’t have time to repair but there seemed to be a month since last occupants. Also many minor repairs needed. Door handles and locks were an issue. Lovely setting and plenty of room for all family.

Weekend Get-Away

Great time at "No Body's Business." Home was beautiful and the lake was even better. Only issue we faced was a drainage problem with the dishwasher which meant we had to hand-wash our items but the beauty of the lake more than made up for that minor inconvenience. Hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect!

What a wonderful venue to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college with family and friends! Nobody's Business was perfect - the perfect place to be together with family we hadn't seen in quite awhile. The house had everything we needed and what a view! Perfection

Everything from the decor, to the location to the service was nothing short of perfection. Also, the management was top notch. We had a small electric issue and as soon as we informed maintenance, they immediately fixed it. This will definitely be a place we return to soon!

Absolutely gorgeous!!

The condo was gorgeous. The views from the penthouse deck of the ocean and the beach were spectacular! The condo appears to have been recently renovated. It looks like a picture out of an interior designer's magazine. We truly enjoyed the gourmet kitchen and the luxurious bathrooms. I highly recommend this condo for the perfect vacation!

In Town for a USC game with friends

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home in the woods on Lake Murray. We had a nice barbecue dinner, relaxed on porch and eventually had a nice fire in fire pit our first night. It was an hour plus ride to USC for the game with traffic but still worth the views! With 4 couples we all had our own bathrooms and plenty of space. Cooking dinner and big breakfasts we felt the kitchen was pretty well appointed. Wouldn’t have minded some more wraps for our leftovers but it overall a lot was covered Also loved that they had a regular drip coffee maker. Thanks for sharing your lake home!

Fabulous unit with stunning ocean view

Our group of 4 had a girls getaway at Ocean Place. The unit was just stunning with totally updated finishes and furnishings, gorgeous view of the ocean, well equipped and in a lovely part of the island. No downside as check in and check out was all digital and easy. We enjoyed our stay and decided that we would all be back!

Great Family House

We spent a week at Nobody’s Business. The house has wonderful living spaces. Outdoor porches, screened porches, decks and a gazebo and dock are all wonderful places to gather. The bathrooms are adequate, and there are 4 1/2 of them. The great room and the kitchen are looking out over the lake, which is beautiful. We had a wonderful time here. Thank you very much.

Son’s wedding

We had a wonderful time at Nobody’s business. We rented the home for our sons wedding, the accommodations were perfect for our family. Each group had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house is even bigger than the photos depict. Due to weather we didn’t get to spend much time outdoors, but the dock, view and outdoors areas were great! The owner was also gracious enough to let us host the rehearsal dinner at the house. It made it very intimate and special! We can’t thank them enough!

Exceptional Family Gathering, Nobody's Business

If you are considering this rental property, don't bother to look any further...this is the place!!! We recently celebrated a wedding with a number of our relatives making the long trip to join us. An alternative to finding hotel rooms was this spacious rental. The home is well maintained and very well equipped. The views are beautiful and the home invites you to relax! The owners of the property are accessible and extremely helpful in insuring a pleasant visit. We look forward to the opportunity to return in the not so distant future.
