Marcher dans votre maison loin de la maison et profiter de ce magnifique condo rénové, dans un bâtiment qui est proche de la grande piscine de style grande station!

Ce beau et spacieux condo, a un grand salon, salle à manger, et 2 chambres à coucher, deux avec salle de bains, deux chambres à coucher disposent d'un lit king size pour votre confort, et la 3ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a une cuisine complète, avec tout neuf appareils en acier inoxydable (y compris lave-vaisselle), et une buanderie attenante à la cuisine avec la marque nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, pour votre commodité. Il y a aussi un joli balcon protégé des moustiques, avec un ensemble de patio, pour les soirées tranquilles en plein air.

Le condo lui-même est complète avec l'état de l'art électronique, avec un 60 'LED Smart TV à écran plat dans le salon et un 42' LED plat Smart TV de l'écran dans les deux chambres à coucher, et un 42 "LED écran plat intelligent TV dans la 3ème chambre (tous les téléviseurs sont capables de Netflix, YouTube et sont connectés à Internet), WiFi gratuit sécurisé, la télévision par câble et un lecteur DVD. Nous avons aussi un téléphone pour les appels locaux et interurbains en Amérique du Nord, pour votre commodité, ou en cas d'urgence.

Uncomfortable dealing with owner

Condo was nice and good location for Disney. Property was originally found during “pet friendly” search. Owner replied that it wasn’t actually pet friendly, but since our dog was a poodle, she would add a pet fee and rent to us. We agreed and gladly paid the fee. On our second or third night she sent me a message stating that she had a complaint about our dog barking early (we left early for parks and dog was in crate- seems he carried on and woke neighbors dog). We immediately made sure someone stayed back with dog and changed his location when we did leave. We most certainly did not want to be a nuisance. No more problems with barking after that. My issue was that she accused us of not letting her know up front that we had a dog and of not paying the pet fee! All of our communications are saved in the VRBO thread as well as our payment receipt identifying the separate pet fee, so this was ludicrous and offensive. (Please do not deny or I will copy and post). I guess the complaint made her freak out, but next time I hope she will go back and check before accusing a guest of this type of thing. AC did not work upon arrival and it was 81 degrees in unit. Owner got me in touch with husband who figured out batteries in thermostat had gone dead (never heard of battery operated thermostat). No batteries in unit so he suggested I go to corner store and buy some and replace. Ended up using tv remote batteries. Probably good idea to keep these handy. Took a good while to cool down condo. Awaiting refund of damage deposit. Took video of entire unit at checkout to ensure no confusion.

A great weekend !!!

I loved staying in this property, Aprile was extremely great and responsive. I had been in a car accident a month ago and was not feeling good. The best thing was to have such a smooth and wonderful process, and this is what Aprile did for me. My kids and I had a great time and loved her place, it was clean, peaceful, and had great decor. Aprile, is the best and I recommend her 100% Dayanara Torres

Great vocational place

My family and I stayed at this property for 2 nights to celebrate my brothers birthday at the theme parks. We were amazed by the space we had in the apartment. Everything is as advertised on the website and even better. The place was immaculate clean and very comfortable. The owner Aprile Joseph is a great person to deal with and it helped me with all my requests . We had a great experience and definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Kissimmee or Orlando theme parks since is very close to all the theme parks. Thank you Aprile Joseph for making my brothers birthday a special one.

Great rental!

This rental was the perfect place for a family stay! Well-kept & clean, spacious, and very close to Walt Disney parks. The rental owner, Aprile was extremely helpful & available when needed. Would recommend this rental!

Aprile was just great to deal with. Codo is very updated with appliances and furnishings. Legacy Dunes is gated, quiet and safe. Stayed February 2018.

Home Away from Home

Nice place to stay

Overall I am very pleased with our stay at Aprile's condo. It is located in a secure gated community right off of the main road. There are many stores and restaurants nearby and Disney is only a 15-20 minute drive away. The condo itself is located near the gates and just a short walk to the pool and clubhouse. There was plenty of parking and not overcrowded. The inside of the condo was very clean and spacious. It provided our family with more than enough space to relax comfortably. Aprile was very easy to work with and responded quickly to address any issues that we had. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning again in the future.

Great experience

The place was just as advertised - clean, close to attractions. It was our first family vacation and first experience with VRBO. Very happy it worked out so well and would definitely recommend this unit and this community to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Nice condo

It was a pleasure to stay at Aprile'a condo. My friends and I were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean. The decor was cute and stylish. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. It was close enough to the main attractions about 25 minutes or so to universal. There were quite a few restaurants within close proximity to the condo. The pool at the condo was very nice and not crowded. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful

One of the best properties I've ever rented. The overall feel was comfortable and felt just like home. The decor was beautiful. Well stocked. Beds were extremely comfortable. The only thing I had a problem with was not knowing how to work the television. Will definitely stay there again if need be.

A quiet well kept secret!

A great resort and a better condo and owner. Condo is very clean, well furnished and in a good location near the pool. Very close to Rt 192 and the Disney attractions yet far enough off the main road to be quiet and safe.

Great Family Getaway

Awesome Place!!!!

Great place to stay!! My family and I enjoyed ourselves. We did not want to leave but we had to face reality lol!! It was quiet and comfortable. The amenities was excellent in the nice gated community. The condo had everything available at your finger tips. Shops and restaurants are close by. The owner is so cool and great to work with!! Definitely will be back if in the area again!!

Why cram into a hotel room?

Our group of six adults stayed here for two weeks. The property is well-located; an easy 10-15 minute drive to Disney, about 30 minutes to Universal. Close to Walmart, Target, Publix as well as lots of restaurants & gift shops. It's set well back from US192, so it's quiet & secure. The condo is roomy and the photos are accurate. I compared a lot of places before booking, and this one was the best combination of location, space and cost that I found.

Lovely Stay!

We rented this condo for a week, mother daughter trip. The condo was clean upon arrival and the grounds were well kept. The fact that it's a gated community provides a sense of safety's as well. The main pool is lovely and quite warm, we enjoyed the poolside daily. It was never crowded or loud. We didn't use the gym facility or games room but we did go in to see them, they are both nice. :) I would definitely recommend this unit to people looking for a reasonably priced stay with the feeling of being home. Much better than a hotel for sure! We especially like having acces to a kitchen and the convenience of having a washer and dryer. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms a nice size. Disney is close by and the outlet malls about 30 minutes away. Close by we did have a grocery store, restaurants and a Target. There was no need to venture too far for basic necessities. The owner Aprile is kind and accommodating. :) She was a pleasure to do business with.

Nice place

You walk in the door and the place just smells clean. There is more room than you know what to do with. Just a really nice place. The only minor issue was, not enough wash rags and towels. (we went to buy our own). I would still stay there, just bring my own.

Very nice property!

The property was great and looked exactly like the photos. Our family enjoyed the pool, tennis court and the basketball court. Location was great too, not far from a grocery store, convenience store and we discovered the best ice cream place just outside of Legacy Dunes. Someone posted a comment about fearing for their lives....I have no idea where that came from. Our entire stay was perfect. And the staff and other visitors and residents were very friendly.

Noisy, terrible view

Unit was not clean, view from balcony overlooks parking lot, very noisy. Master bedroom bed extremely uncomfortable, en-suite bathroom was not clean. Did not feel safe in evenings. Would not come back again.

Great Condo!

Extremely well maintained condo! We had a great stay. Rooms were very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our family had a great stay. Can't wait to come back soon!
