Windancer offers top level amenities with the classic Florida low-rise resort feel. Tucked away on east end of Scenic gulf drive in Miramar Beach most locals don’t know Windancer lane even exists! Little do they know it’s right in the thick of things! One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo). This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all of your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller condo to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach has to offer, Windancer is the place for you. If you would like for information on the Miramar Beach area just give us a call.

As you walk into your unit you can see the Gulf of Mexico immediately! Just down the hall you'll find your master suite with a king bed and full bathroom attached. The full bathroom also contains a stacked washer and dryer. There is a bunk nook in the front hallway (2 twin beds) as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining room, living room and private balcony. This condo comes with complimentary beach service (2 chairs 1 umbrella) available seasonally.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.

I’d stay in another unit

We have stayed at Windermere for 6 years, all in different units. Unfortunately, this was not as enjoyable for us as in past years. A few things come to mind to have been a better stay with you…A.) we saw a mouse run across the living room floor on night 2. We went to Walmart to get sticky mouse traps at 9pm…ended up having 3 mice caught by 3am. That was not very enjoyable experience & we all did not sleep well that night. B. )The cabinetry was very sticky & greasy. Could use a good cleaning. C.)We were going to grill burgers but only had a plastic spatula stocked in kitchen, thought it would melt on the grill. Would have been nice to have a metal spatula included. D) Electric can opener was somewhat broken, my husband spent a few minutes fixing it so it would cut/open properly. E.) We had 5 people for condo, utilized the pullout couch for sleeping. But were not given a comforter or blankets for use. Did have sheets though. The blue couches had stains on them. Could use a good cleaning. F.) There was a brown thick liquid leaking from the left bottom of refrigerator onto the floor. This was noticed BEFORE we even had our groceries stocked in frig. The liquid continued to oozed through out our stay. G.) The shower curtain rod would not stay up & we to deal with the extra plastic curtain length gathered at the bottom of the tub every time we showered. H.) Bathroom or back of doors could use a hook or towel rack to hang extra towels to dry or to hang clothes over.

Disappointing

The pictures looks great online, but the in room experience was awful. Sinks would not drain....beds were not changed or made when we arrived. There were hairballs all over the floors....never again.

Miramar Beach Paradise

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Windancer in Miramar Beach. On the first night, we had some issues with our internet but those were quickly resolved by the Ocean Resort staff. The location is perfect and we will most definitely be back!

A Week at Windancer

The unit was clean. The coded entry and no parking pass required was easy check-in. I was glad that I brought some wash cloths from home with me as only 4 were provided for 2 people for a week. We thought the king sized bed was comfortable. Overall we were satisfied with our unit.

It was a really nice condo!

Everything was new except the washer and dryer they were duck taped togther? There wasn't a big enough pot to boil our crab legs had to do them one leg at a time! The condos air was set on 72 all the time but ocean reefs was so nice they brought me two new fans and we needed a blender which is usually standard in a condo they brought us a new one😀 The condo has nothing when u get there but a roll of toilet paper be prepared to buy everything trash bags coffee salt pepper will know this next yime. It had a elevator for the days u were to tired to walk the flights of stairs.They did leave us plenty of bath towels and the people at ocean reef were awesome answered all my questions ! We were there during a tropical storm so it rained for two days and when the sun came back out we were not allowed in water because of rip tides☹️☹️but the condo is located across from Winn Dixie seafood market and liquor store! We will defiantly rent here again just not in June the ocean was full of June grass yucky but the condo and ocean reefs were perfect😀😀😀

Great Trip

This unit is decorated so cute, it looked newly renovated, everything was clean and very nicely equiped. We had an amazing time. Would definately return.

Great Time at Windancer

We loved Windancer Condos, tucked away and sitting directly beachfront. The condo was very clean and the bedroom had nice furniture and a comfortable bed. The living room furniture was very worn and uncomfortable and the area rug was soiled. We had a great time and I will return to Windancer but not 208 because of the two palm trees directly in front of the balcony blocking view. Could see side views but not directly in front. All in all it was a very nice stay and the weather was great.

Quiet Condo and Beach

Windancer is a small, quiet condo. We initially had trouble locating the complex because it doesn't have a sign. The condo is nicely decorated, basic kitchen needs, but could use a little more "upgrading." The price was good and the complementary beach service excellent.
