The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo)

The remainder of unit 302 is equipped with a lovely updated kitchen, an open dining area, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. Also in the living room is a Queen sleeper sofa and a set of sliding glass doors that lead out to your private balcony that offer tremendous gulf views.
