Descendez le couloir et trouvez-vous dans le salon principal. The house is very nice with a great front/river side porch. The location is great to walk places, even the beach. There are a few bars right behind so some noise but not bad. Overall we jad a really good stay.

So much fun to have pier with gazebo! Kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. House is in good shape needing very minor updates/repairs. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Missing light bulbs Labels on shower doors incorrect Kitchen not organized and drawers cabinets not very clean. Or too much of a problem for us as we ate most meals out. Layout of house was great. Walls had lots of picture hooks that looked like someone had recently stripped the home and perhaps new owners had hurriedly rented it We enjoyed the porch overlooking the sound

Wrightsville family vacations 2021

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to make our beds upon arrival. Did not appreciate that.Back side of house, there is a parking lot and then 2 bars. Very noisy and woke us up twice even with windows closed and AC on. A lot of illumination too from the road and bars.Loved the deck and view. Really enjoyed that. Convenient to everything but 3 or 4 houses further down would have been more peaceful.No oils or spices AT ALL! You need to bring everything you need if you plan to cook anything. Limited kitchen supplies. Super small driveway. Parking a GMC crew cab Sierra was very difficult to park OFF the street.Various lights were blown out and needed replacement. Doors and keys were difficult to use. Booking was convoluted. Booked online then had to re-do cc info via phone.

Reviewer Comments: The property was in an average location (adjacent to a bar parking lot, but, in general was not well maintained. Upon arrival at the property, it appeared be cleaning crew was rushing out. Upon entry to the bottom unit, it was obvious the property needed repairs. Garage door framing was damaged, drawers missing in kitchen, shelving misaligned in living room. Numerous light bulbs burned out, flooring/rugs needed sweeping/vacuuming, linens dirty and master bedroom comforter soiled. Had to purchase mattress topper to tolerate the overly firm MBR mattress. AC return air vents were dirty with dust and mold. The rental agency is not 24 hrs so you get answering machine when you call with problems. However, management company came on site, the next week day to make a few corrections. Fan remotes operated fans in numerous other rooms - if you tried to turn out light in one room, it turned on a light in another room - frequencies need changing. The kitchen is not well organized or stocked - not enough utensils, no sheet pans or enough pots/pans for any cooking or food prep. Dishwasher drain is laden with rotten food and would not clean dishes properly. Dishes in cabinets and drawers were dirty. Bathroom mirrors and vanities were not well cleaned. No broom or dust pan or access to vacuum up any sand or spills. Recommend thorough maintenance and updates throughout the property to justify the weekly price.

Great location!!! Great dock for fishing and boating. Be aware of tides if your boat has a T-top due to bridge clearance…which the leasing agent made clear to me before arrival. Also, agent was SUPER helpful and accommodating allowing me to store my trailer offsite and coming over to turn on dock water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and husband live in Wilmington. Since they always come home to San Diego, we decided to visit them Labor Day Weekend 2023. While only 4 of us stayed in the house (the parents of the other 4 recently married couples), there were 12 of us throughout the day, and through dinner.The place was excellent, and I'd definitely stay again! In fact, we're already talking about LD 2024!The boat dock worked perfectly, and the proximity to both the I/C and the beach was impressive.I would give it 5 stars.My only knock, is that there was not a supply of garbage bags, there was only 1 roll of TP per bathroom, and upon arrival the beds were not made (linens were provided in a sanitary fashion). Once we figured that out, it was no big deal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit for nearly 10 years. It is showing it’s age. The common areas were dirty and worn. Kitchen appliances appear original to the unit. The in door ice and water don’t work and when we tried to use them it tripped the circuit so the fridge was off. Additionally when operating the fridge doesn’t cool efficiently. The stove barely works and the light and exhaust over the stove don’t work at all. The dishwasher is not great. The wifi is horrific. It doesn’t work in the beach rooms. The master shower faucet needs to be replaced. The furniture is dated and, in some cases, broken. We love the size, layout and location of this property. We rented a larger unit last year to accommodate more people. It was new and beautiful but we prefer this unit. It needs a refresh and a mesh to extend the wifi but the size, layout and location cannot be beat.

The dock is shared with the other unit, but that seemed to work out ok. Easy access to beach as well! Keep in mind that bars are just outside so it is loud(er) overnight on certain days of the week. There are some small things that could be done inside to make it nicer (i.e old nails & wall hanging hardware hanging out of walls, towel rack hanging off in guest bath). Primary living space is comfortable & spacious. The driveway is tight & can be difficult if you have a large SUV.

Property manage was ontop of any concerns and questions. The condo was great layout and loved the very large covered deck. The condition of the condo itself needs significant repairs and updating. Many holes in walls where pictures were and not patched. Bedspreads are dirty. Many old bed linens in closets on floors dirty linens stuffed in cabinets.
