The location was awesome for our trip! So glad we picked the rental instead of the hotel, as it had more bed space than the hotel as well as beach chairs and such.

Your place was very accommodating to me and my parents for a short stay. It was a very easy check in and check out process. The view was the best, the beds were comfortable. Safeway and Leonards was an easy drive. Thank you so much for being an amazing host.

We had a review. It was easy to check in. Everything was how it said in the listing I would definitely stay there. It was a walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment to come to thumbs up five stars recommendation.

Lovely Place and Ease of Access to Island

All of the pictures are accurate. Beautiful inside! If you have five adults and five large suitcases, there’s not much room to move around the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, convenient, and in a safe location. The only downside was that they only provided one roll of toilet paper, and I wish I had known there were no seasonings. But overall, it was a good experience. 4 stars!" Would definitely stay again! How does that sound?

It was centrally located and close to everything. Parking is quite expensive but not inconvenient at all. And worth it. So much right there to eat and shop. It was amazing!!!

Ilikai 815

I found the Ilikai rental unit to be a modern feeling apartment. The Ilikai is in a good location for getting around Waikiki and Honolulu. The apartment was stocked with all the essential household items, which was nice. It has a nice kitchen and bathroom. I enjoyed my stay.

Location was good, Waikiki beach is a bit long walk about 25-30 min. Beach closer to the resort was not good, very rocky and dirty water, not swimmable. The unit 815 needs a lot of maintenance. The floor was very dirty, it was not washed, it was sticky, coffee spills in the kitchen. Bed sheets had stains. Sink was clogged and dirty. The unit was remodeled years ago but not maintained. Everything is kind of falling apart. Bathroom door doesn’t lock. I would not stay here again at this unit. The hotel itself was good, lobby is nice but not this unit. Also it was very loud, you can hear everything, all the cars from outside. Overall the unit was not ready to be rented. We don’t recommend staying at this unit until it’s been properly maintained.

Great location, great price

My family of five (4 adults, 1 child) stayed at this property for 4 days in March. It was cozy but for 4 days, it was fine. The location was great and the price was even better (incredibly well priced for waterfront Waikiki) . The only complaint I would have is that the sofa bed needs to be replaced. It was absolutely unusable as is. We put the mattress on the floor and that worked for us. Other than that, the Ilikai is a nice building and easy walking distance to downtown Waikiki, the Ala Moana shopping mall, and the beach.

Family friendly

The Ilikai is a beautiful property, the people & staff are wonderful, kind, & helpful— loved each and every interaction. We loved sitting outside eating dinner and watching the sunset. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. The location of Ilikai is in walking distance to Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Center, convention center, the beach & lagoon for swimming. There are great places to eat and grab coffee close by, downstairs has great options for a quick bite, coffee, and a little market for all your needs. I loved our room, it was spacious & having a kitchen was a big win. The pool is lovely, our kids loved it and so did we. There is a place to rinse off the sand by the pool which is awesome! If you’re a couple staying at the Ilikai check out the STUNNING restaurant on the 30th floor. Overall a lovely place to stay, I’ll definitely rebook in the future. I highly recommend.

Served it’s purpose

I took off points because the AC never cooked the place and we discovered roaches. The home could have been cleaned a little better. The manager was very responsive and sent pest control and maintenance but the pest control did not help. He also offered to allow us to check out but there was not much to offer at the last minute so we decided to stay. Purchased my own bug spray. The home is equipped with necessities and starter amenities like dish soap and trash bags. Pool was accessible and hotel lobby very clean. Just a walk downtown so that was a plus. I wouldn’t stay there again because of the AC and bugs but the price was very affordable. Parking rates went up from the time I booked until my check in (30 days).

Location Gem!!

Location is everything here. Hilton Hawaiian Village next door, Lagoon out back, plenty of restaurants and the mall within walking distance. Valet was wonderful. The condo is small for a family of 5 but we made it work. Waiting for the elevators is kind of a pain as the building is very busy and there’s no air in the hallways so it’s very hot while waiting on the elevator. As previously mentioned, the floors could use some extra scrubbing and cleaning and it was a bit disappointing to find roaches in the kitchen.

Great location. Our family stayed there for a weeks vacation. A little small for 5 people but we made it work. We enjoyed the lagoon nearby...ice cream store and amenities. Would highly recommend.

Great location for friends and family

Smoothest booking and check in process I’ve had with a vacation rental. Exactly like pictures on the listing and easy access to Waikiki and Downtown Honolulu. Perfect for friends or family. The condo had everything we needed and we didn’t have any issues throughout our stay. Will definitely be booking through Hawaii Vacation Properties again!

Great location, accurate to photos, good directions prior. Condo had everything we needed. The hotel is nice, there is street noise but no way to avoid that. Save yourself stress and just valet the entire trip. They are great.
