The apartment is our own property and we also live here during the year, which is why you will find great attention to detail and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A bright open-space apartment of around 60 m² featuring a cosy living area, Smart TV, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The sleeping area is separated by curtains for added privacy.

Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burners, oven, and large refrigerator, plus a spacious bathroom with shower and bidet.

🌿 Two private terraces make the experience truly special:
– one directly connected to the apartment, offering beautiful open views over Baia Sardinia and the gardens
– one at the entrance, furnished with a relaxing chill-out area, perfect for breakfast or peaceful moments outdoors

🏖️ Beach accessories are also available, so you can enjoy your holiday in total comfort.

🏊‍♂️ The residence is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, with a swimming pool just a few metres from the apartment. In the evening, you can enjoy the silence, starry skies, and a truly relaxing atmosphere.
