Casa Montecarlo Ulivo - Holiday apartment surrounded by olive groves

Casa Montecarlo is in a fantastic location, just below the village of Montecarlo, immersed in the olive groves.

The holiday home is divided into two apartments, Tramonto and Ulivo, which are not connected to each other. Due to the hillside location, both apartments have their own terrace directly in front of the living area without being able to see each other. As a whole house, Casa Montecarlo can accommodate up to 8 people.

The lower apartment of Casa Montecarlo, Ulivo, has its own parking space and the terrace leads directly into the olive grove. The entrance of the apartment is directly into the eat-in kitchen with sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for up to 4 people. From the kitchen you come directly into a twin room. To the left of the kitchen, you come through a small hallway (behind a curtain is the washing machine) into the modern bathroom with shower and into the double bedroom with a balcony door to the garden.

Casa Montecarlo is surrounded by nature. Between the olive trees there are two whirlpools so that guests from each apartment can cool off from the heat and relax in nature.

Although the house is all alone in the olive grove, you can walk up a small road in a few minutes to Montecarlo, where you can find everything, you need for daily life and several restaurants and bars are ideal for Tuscan evenings.
