Villa Natura Silente is situated near the village of Kanfanar, only 13 km from the charming coastal town of Rovinj. The villa offers 287 m² of living space and is set on a private 1,342 m² plot, providing comfort, space, and privacy for up to 8 guests. It features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and one bedroom also includes a stylish open-space bathtub. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, while one bedroom is on the ground floor, which is ideal for guests who prefer easy access.



Outside, guests can enjoy a 40 m² heated saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by eight sun loungers and two sun umbrellas, perfect for relaxing under the sun.
