Constructed in 2025 and designed with both comfort and sustainability in mind, this modern two-storey accommodation offers 95 m² of living space and stands on a generous 300 m² plot, ensuring both privacy and unobstructed views of the sea and beach.

With four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms and a total of eight sleeping places, the house is ideal for families, small groups or couples wishing to experience a relaxed yet luxurious holiday by the water. Each bedroom is equipped with beds featuring open foot-ends to guarantee comfort for taller guests. Two bathrooms and two additional guest WCs offer optimum convenience during your stay, and both showers are walk-in style for easy accessibility.

The highlight of BeachHouse Sonnendeck Nr. 414 is its exceptional panoramic location: first row, directly at the water's edge, granting you extraordinary sea, beach and landscape views from multiple rooms and the private terrace. High panoramic windows and a private, enclosed terrace allow you to enjoy this unique setting in complete comfort. Relax on the sun loungers or retreat into the shaded area beneath the sunshade if you desire.

The open-plan living and dining area is bright and spacious thanks to modern architecture and large windows. Here, a comfortable sofa corner with a large TV (44-55 inches, offering international channels) invites you to relax, while the adjoining dining area provides sufficient space for shared meals. The fully equipped open kitchen, featuring an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a broad assortment of utensils, makes it easy to prepare anything from a simple snack to a full dinner. A Nespresso machine and standard coffee maker are also available for your use.

For guests who value sustainability, the house is fitted with solar heating and energy-saving technologies. High-speed internet (from 100 Mbit/s – cable or fibre) is provided throughout the house, making it easy to stay in touch with loved ones or work remotely if required. Additional amenities include a washing machine and dryer (both shared use), vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, and blackout facilities in the bedrooms for restful sleep.

Families are warmly welcomed, with various amenities catering specifically to children: playgrounds, play areas within the resort, a fenced-off terrace for safety, and all the necessary safety standards such as smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. Pets are permitted (up to two animals), allowing you to bring your furry family members on holiday as well.

The BeachHouse is smoke-free and features insect screens on the windows for additional comfort. There are two free private parking spaces available to you, including an on-site charging station for electric cars.

Whether you are passionate about water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing, or you prefer birdwatching, cycling, jogging, walking or Nordic walking along the inland waterways, you will find everything close by. The fine sandy beach is just 200 meters from your door, enabling you to swim or sunbathe at your leisure.

Essential needs are well provided for: supermarkets and restaurants are within 500 meters, and various shops for daily needs as well as ATMs are close by. The city centre is 1,200 meters away, and for excursions you can reach the railway station in approximately 2,000 meters. In addition, medical and emergency services, including a general practitioner and hospital, are easily accessible.

Golfers can enjoy a golf course about ten kilometres from the property, and the local area offers plenty of sightseeing opportunities and tourist attractions to explore. A bread roll service is available upon request for a particularly comfortable breakfast during your stay.

About Our Holiday Park

Our holiday park delights its guests with its unique location on the IJsselmeer. It is situated close to the town of Enkhuizen, known for its seventeenth-century historic centre and numerous listed buildings. If you love being by, in, or on the water, you’ve come to the right place!

Enkhuizen lies at the easternmost tip of North Holland, surrounded by the waters of the IJsselmeer. Thanks to this exceptional location, the town is very popular with tourists. Its harbour and fantastic watersports opportunities attract enthusiasts year after year. Have you always wanted to try kitesurfing or learn to sail? Enkhuizen is the perfect place to do just that, as the local watersports centre offers plenty of opportunities.

Our chalets are just a short distance from the water. In no time at all, you can be on the sandy beach, ready to jump straight into the cool water. All the holiday homes in our park are built sustainably and equipped with heat pumps and solar panels. Our front-row chalets offer the luxury of direct access to the IJsselmeer.

Culture and Historic Towns of North Holland

From our park, you can quickly reach the historic centre of Enkhuizen on foot or by bike, where time seems to have stood still. The monumental buildings, old defensive works, and the Zuiderzee Museum instantly transport you back to the Dutch Golden Age. Close by is the picturesque town of Medemblik, where quaint houses and characteristic gables line the narrow streets. Explore the medieval Radboud Castle or learn all about beer brewing at the Radboud city brewery.

Other beautiful towns in the area include Hoorn and Alkmaar, famous for its cheese. A trip to Amsterdam is also well worth it – from our Enkhuizen station, which offers free parking, you can reach the city centre in around 50 minutes by train.
