APARTMENT TIGLIO, overlooking the garden and the table in front of the entrance is in the shade of magnificent linden trees, is about 60sqm, consists of large living room with kitchenette and a secluded bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. We are a couple formed by an Italian and a German (Annalisa and Reinhard), we live here for over forty years and we have built an organic farm (certified) specializing in the production of honey.We are one of the first organic farms in Umbria and one of the first farms with an agritourism permit (licence n.13 We have renovated the farm outbuildings to make three flats, a small flat is in the body of the main house where we live; in 2007 we built a cottage in completely organic material thus expanding our possibility of accommodation.The main house overlooks a square where the entrances of two flats are also located; the other 2 have entrances from the garden and the cottage is located behind the main house and has its own garden.The large communal area extends beyond the individual flat entrances and is equipped with a large gazebo, an oven and grill and a salt-water swimming pool protected by a tall laurel hedge. The characteristic of our residence is its tranquillity and beauty, as it is situated in the middle of a 10-hectare property and borders on other fields and woods. This also makes for beautiful walks.Although the property is secluded, only 3 kilometres separate it from the village of CastelGiorgio and 20 kilometres from the town of Orvieto, where there is access to the A1 motorway and the railway station, so that all the most important tourist resorts are within easy reach (Rome, Florence...); 7 kilometres from our residence is the Cassia state road which leads to Siena in less than an hour; the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea can be reached in less than an hour.Being a farm located in the middle of the green and far from light sources, it allows to enjoy the spectacle of the sky illuminated by stars and planets.The place is perfect for a stay of peace and quiet.The available flats are 4 and to them is added the cottage.Short descriptionOther : Non-smoking houseBrief description 1Total kitchens : 1Garden and outdoor spacesGarden equipment : GrillAdjacent leisure facilities : Swimming pool, Shared outdoor pool
