The villa is located within seven hectares of organically cultivated garden, an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation to be enjoyed in the garden or by the pool. The house is distributed over two floors with a total area of 300 square metres.

In the immediate vicinity is Ognina, a splendid reef with crystal-clear, uncontaminated sea, rich in fish, a true paradise for lovers of fishing and underwater photography. Cassibile is the nearest town. Other equipped beaches in the area are Pillirina, Arenella, Fontane Bianche, and Pineta del gelsomineto. Eloro, Cala Mosche, Vendicari Nature Reserve, San Lorenzo are about 30 minutes away. The house is 50 km from Catania airport, 15 km from Siracusa, 20 km from Noto, 30 km from Marzamemi, 80 km from Ragusa and Caltagirone. Besides Siracusa, other places not to be missed nearby are Palazzolo Acreide, Pantalica and the Cavagrande del Cassibile Nature Reserve.
