The spacious holiday home is surrounded by greenery, woods and fields, five kilometres from MĂšzos. The location is extremely quiet and there is little traffic.
It is completely fenced in and cannot be seen from the road.
The outdoor area offers a large terrace with garden furniture and a sun awning. The large lawn with many trees and the four plane trees directly in front of the house offer plenty of space to play and relax.
Inside the house you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and electric heating.
There is also a second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and electric heating. There is a dining room with a corner bench and dining table, a radio and a trendy beanbag. A chemineé with a smooth door rounds off the cosy living ambience. The second living room has a corner sofa with coffee table, an antique desk and a chest of drawers with 3 drawers. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge plus freezer compartment, a four-burner gas hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a small oven/microwave and a kettle. There is a modern bathroom with an Italian shower, large washbasin and a towel dryer with fan heater.
The modern toilet is in a separate room.
Shopping facilities can be found in the nearest village of MĂšzos, about five kilometres away, or you can drive to Morcenx, where you can buy all your daily necessities. In Lit-et-Mixe, approx. eight kilometres away, there is a larger supermarket and a launderette. Surrounded by woods and meadows and with very little traffic, this holiday home is the perfect base for hiking and cycling tours. Activities such as pony riding, canoeing and quad biking can be undertaken in the surrounding area and in just 15 minutes by car you can be on the coast of Aquitaine, which offers plenty of space to sunbathe and play, even in high season, with its famous, long sandy beaches.
