The spacious, well-kept outdoor area will definitely be your favorite spot. It is 1000 m² and includes a large garden with fruit trees, three large terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers, a large pool (size 5.6 x 4.0 m, depth 1.45 m), a children's pool (size 2.00 x 1.80 m, 45 cm deep) and a whirlpool (3.35 x 2.15 m, depth 0.95 m). While kids splash around in the kids' pool, adults can enjoy the cool water in the large pool or relax in the hot tub, which can sleep up to six people. Another highlight is the existing summer kitchen, at the two tables all comfortable place. It is roofed and equipped with a large barbecue, a large fridge, an ice machine, a sink and a beer tap. So the barbecue makes fun in convivial round. A special feature of the extra class is also the own jetty on the property in front of the villa. There are sun loungers ready for the guests. On the top floor there are two more apartments, which correspond to those on the second floor. However, they have only one bedroom and are slightly larger. All bedrooms are bright and friendly and have double beds, four of which are 180 x 200 cm and five beds 160 x 200 cm. The modern bathrooms are fully equipped, so you can start your day in style. Air conditioning, washing machines and internet can be used without additional charges. A high chair and baby cot are provided free of charge upon request. In total, there are six air conditioners in the house, two on each floor.

Your holiday villa is only 10 meters from the crystal clear sea. It takes ten minutes to get to the center of the village. In the center there is a supermarket, three restaurants, a café and a butcher. Here you get everything you need for your daily needs. Only 25 kilometers to the airport and all the summer hotspots such as Split, Trogir, Rogoznica, Primosten and Sibenik, as well as the national parks Krka and Kornati are nearby, so that you can take a trip to a city or a change to a day at the beach National Park can do.
