The newly built Villa Hileja is located in a small village Marina, 12 km from the town of Trogir, and only 2 km from the coast. This beautiful house in 250 m2 of living space will comfortably accommodate ten guests in five comfortable bedrooms, and if necessary, it can accommodate a total of 14 people with the help of extra beds. There are four modern, beautiful bathrooms and one separate toilet. On the ground floor is a beautiful, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with large corner sofa. Villa Hileja is a fully air-conditioned and comfortable space where, thanks to the carefully decorated interior and warm combinations of wooden pieces of furniture, you will feel at home. During your stay, wireless Internet is available throughout the villa, cable / satellite TV, and all necessary appliances, and private parking is provided.
Outdoors is a barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a beautiful pool with a waterfall, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols that will provide you with an oasis for refreshment on hot summer days. A trampoline and a slide house are available for the youngest guests in the courtyard.Villa have also a private garden where you can enjoy in many garden fruits. The location of this villa allows complete privacy and a view of the endless greenery of the Dalmatian region, and if you want to feel the sea salt on your skin, you can head to the coast only 2 km from your accommodation and find a piece of blue paradise for yourself. Staying in this beautiful villa, do not miss to visit nearby Trogir, one of the most beautiful Dalmatian cities, rich in magnificent cultural sights, and Split, which hides world-famous historical monuments such as Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

All in all a really nice villa! Ivan is an exceptional host taking care of you really well. Price for value is really good and the offer is accurate. The street nearby can be heard, but won’t bother too much.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location.

We had a wonderful week in this stunning house. The house had everything we needed and the pool, hot tub and table tennis made it even more perfect. Ivan was a great, attentive hosts who dealt with everything quickly. We would love to return!

Excellent property and good location

Very well equipped house with lots of extras such as ‘Tupperware’ boxes, cling film. Plenty of towels and sunbeds. Pool is very clean and a good temperature. Spacious bedrooms and great bathrooms. Host very responsive. Location is near a main road so there is some traffic noise, but not an issue. 5 minutes to small supermarket, restaurants, beach. Marina village was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return.

Wonderful Villa Hileja⸻⸻

While enjoying our vacation in Croatia, we stayed at Villa Hileja and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were four families, and there was more than enough space and privacy for everyone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with both bath towels and pool towels provided.The pool is fantastic – the children absolutely loved it! The villa also has a beautiful garden with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, watermelons, and melons, which the kind host generously offers to guests.There is a great barbecue area, and the soundproofing is excellent – you don’t hear what’s happening by the pool or in the lounge area when you’re inside the rooms.A big thank you to the wonderful host, Ivan, for all his recommendations. We followed his advice and visited each suggested location – everything was truly great!

We had the most amazing vacation thanks to this house and its host!

This house is amazing! Me and my extended family of 13 persons stayed here for a week, but I wish we’d been staying here for longer than that. I would say this house is perfect for 8-10 persons but we had a few quite small children staying with us so it totally worked out just fine being as many as we were. We were amazed by the most available and friendly host, Ivan! He even guided us in his car through the village when we arrived and offered the most delicious homemade “mini donuts”! We enjoyed fresh vegetables from the garden (tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini etc) every day. Locationwise it’s actually perfect with beautiful villages and beaches just a few minutes drive away. I really hope to stay at this house again. Croatia is a beautiful country and has so much to offer so there are a lot of things left for me to explore.

The best villa we have stayed in!

We had a fantastic stay! 15 of us stayed here. We highly recommend choosing this villa. Everything was as expected. It’s a very stylish and spacious villa, with a big swimming pool and amazing views! One of the highlights of the villa is the garden. Most days we would go and pick tomatoes and watermelon from there. We also couldn’t believe how clean the villa was when we arrived. Everything from shower gel, shampoo and all kitchen utensils were provided. The villa is a minutes drive to the local town (Marina) with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It’s located in a good spot. We had a very friendly arrival in which we were welcomed to some traditional Croatian treats and also the owner who was extremely welcoming and informative as he recommended places to visit in Split. This was our first time going to Croatia and we had an amazing experience!

Beautiful House to explore around Spit

This is a beautiful home, privately located just outside of Marina. The house has 4 large bedrooms (plus bunk room), each with a private bathroom. This would be very nice for a group of adults, but we were two families (5 adults, 6 kids), and the layout worked very well for us. It is a brand new, beautifully finished house, with everything you could possibly need or want. Beds and showers are excellent, and the amenities in the home (pool, hot tub trampoline, play structure, and the GARDEN) were very nice perks. Sorry if all of the strawberries are gone when you arrive - my kids ate them all ;) Ivan and his wife were also exceptional hosts - our experience was seriously enhanced because they were so responsive, helpful in ways that were not "standard" including running to the drug store for us for one our group who was under the weather. We had such a great time and if we come back to Croatia - and I hope we do - we will certainly be repeat customers!

The property is fantastic- clean, Ivan and his wife were the perfect hosts. The villa is spacious and well thought out. It has everything you need to feel at home. The poolside and balcony have amazing views of sunrise over the mountains, and you can also enjoy sunsets as well. Ivan was incredibly attentive to all of our questions right from booking and throughout the stay. We had a few very specific things to arrange for my Mum’s 70th and he was on hand to advise and provide information. He kept us informed of local holidays, celebrations and when supermarkets might be closed which was really useful when planning activities during our stay. When my parents arrived it was late at night so I was quite worried about them arriving. Ivan made sure that they were welcomed with local food made by his wife. This was a lovely touch after such a long journey. Ivan also showed us the local area and some beautiful spots to go. You can tell he is very knowledgable and proud of such a wonderful area and that shines through in his hosting. I would 100% book again. My Mum’s birthday was incredibly special and it’s largely thanks to the quality of the villa and the hosting we received. If you’re considering booking- do it!

The best part of our holiday

We stayed at Villa Hileja as part of our holiday and by far and away it was the best part of our trip. From Day1 Ivan was great, trying to help us with issues with we’re going through before even arriving in Marina. Once there, he gave us tons of useful information and was always on hand if we had a question. The location of the villa is great, being close many beautiful towns and Ivan has recommendations of what to do, eat and even park. The villa itself was fantastic. Being 2 families with 5 children in total we had everything we needed to keep them entertained. The only thing that isn’t shown in the images is how the garden has developed. Ivan has planted a range of fruit and vegetables which you allow to consume if they are in season. We had grapes, figs, melons, peaches, peppers and tomatoes. Most of them daily. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Netter Gastgeber und schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen – sie ist geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für 14 Personen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die gut ausgestattete Küche sowie der große Esstisch, an dem alle bequem Platz finden konnten. Auch Geschirr und Besteck waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm war.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der Abfluss, der zeitweise etwas unangenehm roch. Der Gastgeber hat jedoch direkt mit vorhandenen Duftsprays Abhilfe geschaffen. Uns wurde auch erklärt, dass dieser Geruch bei der aktuellen Trockenheit in der Region nicht ungewöhnlich ist.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft: Der Gastgeber war äußerst hilfsbereit, hatte viele Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und hat uns sogar persönlich einmal durch die Stadt und die nähere Umgebung gefahren.Ein Mietwagen ist in dieser Region jedoch unbedingt notwendig, da Geschäfte, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht fußläufig erreichbar sind.

Vi var 10 personer barn och vuxna. Nytt & fräscht hus med trevlig pool & poolområde. Trevlig uteplats och takterass med bubbelpool. Lyxigt att både sängkläder, handdukar och även strandhanddukar ingick. Så även dusctvål & hårshampo. Välutrustat kök med allt som behövs för att laga mat.Trevlig och mycket hjälpsam hyresvärd. Fick många bra tips om badplatser, städer/byar, restauranger, parkeringsplatser mm. Närmaste matbutik låg ca en mil bort. Något störande trafik från vägen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Villa. Sie war sehr außer und toll ausgestattet. Der Pool war traumhaft, leider liegt die Villa an einer tagsüber vielbefahrenen Straßen. Es ist nicht übermäßig laut, jedoch nimmt man sie doch dauerhaft war. Insgesamt war es aber wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Perfekte Workation

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Arbeitskollegen/-kolleginnen zur Workation vor Ort. Dadurch hatten wir besondere Anforderungen: Internet, genügend Arbeitsplätze, Rückzugsorte für Calls usw. Die Location hat sich dafür sehr gut geeignet. Lediglich das Internet ist bei 14 Personen, die parallel in Calls waren, ein wenig in die Knie gegangen - über einen mobilen Hotspot konnte dem aber schnell Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Darüber hinaus war Ivan der perfekte Host. Alle unsere Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet - auch in der Vorbereitung des Trips. Es hätte nicht besser laufen können.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Die Villa war wirklich rund um super. Die Kommunikation mit Ivan war unkompliziert und einfach, die Villa war sauber und auch die Lage war super. Sie liegt im Grünen sodass man völlig ungestört ist. Innerhalb von 2 min ist man aber beim nächsten Supermarkt und in der Stadt Marina. nach Trogir ist es auch nicht weit. Es gab sogar rund um das Haus einen Gemüsegarten mit Erdbeeren an dem wir uns bedienen durften und auch Anehmlichkeiten wie Strandtücher, Willkommensgetränke oder Shampoo waren sehr aufmerksam. Lediglich die beiden Kameras die direkt auf den Pool gerichtet sind, haben und etwas verunsichert. Diese sollen zum eigenen Schutz den Eingang filmen aber dafür könnte man sie auf jeden Fall anders platzieren sodass sie nicht ausschließen den Pool filmen. Ansonsten war aber alles wirklich super und wir würden jederzeit erneut die Villa buchen!

In één woord: fantastisch. De eigenaren hebben ons voorafgaand van nuttige info en tips voorzien en bij aankomst was alles perfect geregeld. De villa was heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien en is gelegen op een perfecte, rustige locatie. Tijdens het verblijf gaf de eigenaar veel tips voor activiteiten, restaurants en dergelijke. Wij komen hier graag terug.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Die Villa entspricht genaustens den Bildern im Internet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit:) Ivan und seine Frau sind sehr nette Gastgeber und stehen für alle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung! Das Haus hat auch einen super Garten an dem man sich bedienen kann, was ein super Bonus ist! Ich würde jederzeit wieder zu Ivan in sein Haus kommen um Urlaub zu machen! Ein Abschiedsgeschenk gab es auch noch! Danke dir Ivan!

TOP Urlaubswoche mit Freunden

Der Besitzer Ivans hat uns sehr gut mit zwei Willkommensgeschenken begrüßt und durch das Haus geführt. Die Villa ist sehr neu und modern ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich war super und sehr groß. Wir waren mit 12 Personen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die nutzbaren Obstbäume waren ein kleines Schmanker :) Allgemein war das Objekt sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider ist der nächste Supermarkt relativ klein und wir mussten weiter weg fahren. Die nächste große Stadt war Trogir. Dort konnte man auch gut essen gehen. Alles in einem sehr zu empfehlen!! :)

Great and very well thought out place to stay!

We spent ten wonderful days at the location. Two families, and friends, 9 persons in total. The pictures are accurate, and we found an exceptional location indeed, which was very well thought out: Valueable materials everywhere, nice tiles which are non-slippery around the pool, rounded edged so the kids do not hurt themselves running around and also very stylish and heated pool. The kitchen was well equipped, everything that you need is there. Also furniture and beds are very comfortable. The rooms all have air condition that are mounted in a way that you do not have the cold air in you face while you are laying in the beds. Good job. Also very nice idea: In the garden you have home-grown vegetables and fruits that can be used. Last but not least, Ivan is a great host. Very friendly, in case you need something he was there 15 minutes later. This place is definitely a recommendation for sure!

Super Gastgeber, tolle Villa

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Gastgeber hat uns die Villa gezeigt und auch bereits Getränke zum kühlen in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein angrenzendes Bad. Im Garten wurden Gemüse und Obst angepflanzt, von dem wir uns bedienen konnten. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, sodass der Strand nur mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.
