The house is located at the top of a hill and therefore offers a breathtaking view all around of the mountainous and hilly landscape of the Marche region. On the many beautiful, sunny days you can even admire the sea and neighbouring Tuscany. A unique and incomparable view!
The spacious site of around three hectares contains a 4000mÂČ garden and provides the ideal setting for large families or groups who would like to spend their holiday in an absolutely private atmosphere in close contact with nature. There are no neighbours, apart from deer, falcons, porcupines and squirrels. On the extensive site there is plenty of space to retreat to, if you would like to be alone and undisturbed. The spacious garden provides a setting for leisure time without stress or traffic, right by the house. It has a large swimming pool (7 x 10m) with all its accessories, the barbecue area and a typical pizza oven, where you can prepare a range of meals. Of course there is also a childrenâs playground with a sandpit and a swing.
It is a medieval village building from the 14th century. In 2010 it was stylishly renovated, preserving the old and typical building structure. For example, the old wooden beams, fireplaces and terracotta floors were preserved in their original condition. In the house you can feel at home: the cosily furnished double bedrooms exude the warmth of the south. Of course these rooms each have a bathroom with a shower. There is also a small living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and pellet oven. There are two fully-equipped kitchens with a stove, oven and refrigeration. In the large dining room with an impressive open fireplace up to 16 people can enjoy meals together. Donât forget: in Italy a good meal is very important! After the meal, you can relax in a living room of over 65mÂČ, which has a stereo system, a DVD player, a TV and Internet access. But it is also possible to relax without high-tech appliances. The library and games collections offer plenty of reading and entertainment options for all ages.
It is not just the garden that offers leisure options. In the surroundings you can go on cycle tours, hikes, visits to towns and cultural sites. You can also explore the whole upper, middle and lower romantic Metauro river valley easily by car.
