The apartment Viola of 60 sqm is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside.The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter pool which all guests can enjoy.
Near the entrance to the holiday apartment in the communal garden there are a table and chairs for guests.Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory. In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.
The holiday apartment is located in one of the two main buildings of the farmhouse. It is on the ground floor and comprises a kitchen-living room, storage room, bedroom and bathroom. As is the case with the other holiday apartments of this agriturismo, this apartment is also cosily decorated in a rustic style and exudes a very homely atmosphere. A special feature of this holiday apartment is the beautiful round arch that divides the kitchen-living room into a living area and a dining area. The living area with two sofas and a lovely wooden coffee table right by the fire is the perfect place for romantic evenings for two, or cosy convivial evenings. There is also a single sofa bed in the living room, suitable for children up to 12 years old. In the kitchen area there is a small dining table. In the fully-equipped kitchen unit there is a gas stove, oven and fridge with a freezer compartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the bathroom has a shower and bidet. In addition, the holiday apartment provides digital television in the living room, independent gas central heating and a washing machine in the storage room.
The farmhouse lies in the centre of the triangle Firenze-Siena-Arezzo. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, and also the ideal base from which to enjoy the cultural heritage of Tuscany.The nearest railway station (3 km away) is Figline-Valdarno, from which you can reach the centre of Florence or Arezzo in 20 minutes.
