Thanks to its picturesque location in the Monti Lariani, this elegant holiday flat offers a unique view of Lake Como. Located in a former farmhouse, the flat enjoys a quiet and sunny location, surrounded by trees and nature.
This open-plan studio offers 40 square metres of living space on one level. It is furnished in a modern style, with a mix of antiques. The functional, modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and freezer. You can choose between an American coffee machine or an Italian espresso machine. A kettle, a toaster and a selection of wines are also available. The dining table is located in the kitchen area. Opposite the kitchen is the living area with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a fireplace (firewood is provided free of charge). A large double bed is tucked away in a corner of the living area, which also has a large wardrobe.
The studio boasts an 18-square-metre sun terrace with garden furniture and a 30-square-metre barbecue area with a large wooden table for your barbecue evenings.
