Thanks to its picturesque location in the Monti Lariani, this elegant holiday flat offers a unique view of Lake Como. Located in a former farmhouse, the flat enjoys a quiet and sunny location, surrounded by trees and nature.
After climbing some 120 steps through a fragrant orchard, you reach the veranda. From here you reach the first floor, which consists of a small, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. You can choose between an American coffee machine or an Italian espresso machine. A kettle, a toaster and a selection of wines are also available. The living room has a sofa and armchair, a glass fireplace (wood provided free of charge), satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. On the second floor is a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with hairdryer. Going further up, you reach the bedroom on the third floor. This room is furnished in a romantic style and the exposed wooden beams create a cosy atmosphere. There is also access to a large balcony with a view of the lake.
The veranda on the first floor enchants with its unique panoramic view. The combination of exposed wooden beams and wrought iron furniture creates an inviting atmosphere. A soapstone grill (interchangeable with a classic grill) is available for preparing delicious meals. This flat also includes a sunbathing area with an outdoor shower surrounded by jasmine. The swimming pool, located in the heart of the house's lush garden, is ideal for cooling off, swimming and enjoying the breathtaking view of the lake. It is shared by the guests of the two flats in the house. It measures 7 m x 3 m and is open from April to November.
There is also a storage room on the ground floor.
The entire flat is designed so that each guest can enjoy the company of the other guests and at the same time have the opportunity to retire and relax in peace.
