The villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Arezzo, in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the medieval castle of Poppi.
The villa is a residence dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, finely renovated and equipped with every comfort, to accommodate up to ten people. The residence has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an independent kitchen and two living rooms, covering an area of 180 square metres. It has three independent entrances and is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor are a double room with a bathroom with shower (also for the disabled), a tea room with a wood-burning stove, sofa and writing desk, a dining room with sofas and satellite TV, a kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace, a table for ten people, a dishwasher, five burner stove, electric oven, extractor hood, fridge and freezer. On the upper floor there are two double rooms with two private bathrooms with shower, two double rooms with shared bathroom with shower (access to this floor also directly from the garden).
Outside is the private swimming pool (5 x 11m) with indoor and outdoor lighting, hot shower and sun loungers (open in mid and high season). The brightness of every corner of the residence, immersed in the quietness of the centuries-old oak forest, where you can spot deer, fallow deer, roe deer and pick mushrooms, blackberries, olives - depending on the season, make the villa an ideal place to stay in absolute tranquillity, immersed in nature. In addition, there is a fantastic indoor stone barbecue with lighting, grill, wood-burning pizza oven, sink with drinking water, countertops, table and chairs for outdoor dining - from which to enjoy the panoramic view of the beautiful Casentino Valley.
The owners await guests with their welcome specialities, and every mid-week they prepare homemade pasta with meat sauce. Important information for guests staying with pets: The property is completely fenced off with a two-metre high fence. In the case of bookings for up to eight guests, four rooms and four bathrooms will be available.
