Flat in the hamlet of Alberese, about 4 km from Le Due Ruote Resort, close to the Park Visitor Centre, the cycle path to the sea and the departure of the shuttle buses to the beach, in a brand new residential complex, elegantly furnished and complete with all comforts.
The interior of the flat is a spacious two-room flat on the ground floor. It is composed of a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, which, despite having a wall close to the embankment, enjoys light and ventilation thanks to a high window with no overlook, a complete bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a large living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, a utility room with washing machine, an independent heating and air-conditioning system, a small veranda with a table for breakfast outdoors and a convenient parking space.
Bed linen, towels and table cloths are available. Possibility of change on request for a fee.
The flat can accommodate up to 5 persons using the sofa bed in the living room.
