The two-bedroom flat of approximately 100 square metres (including the loft) is located on the first floor of the building and is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, telephone with direct outside line, kitchen in a dedicated compartment, living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower or bathtub, bidet in both cases, and hairdryer. It is also equipped with bed linen, kitchen linen, bathroom linen and all crockery.
The flat also offers all basic services such as hot and cold water, independent heating and electricity. The flat's two bedrooms are totally independent and can also accommodate twin beds on request. In the living room, the leather sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed if required. Children up to three years of age are free if they sleep with their parents or in their own cot. Baby cots are available for a one-off charge for the entire stay. Pets are allowed but will be an extra charge.
