The villa is surrounded by a large veranda facing the sea, overlooking a large garden and directly on the beach. It is located in a quiet, traffic-free pedestrian and cycle zone along the La Conia-Cannigione promenade.
The villa is approx. 100 sqm and is situated on one floor. Access to the house is via a flight of steps leading to the veranda. It consists of four rooms completely furnished in wood: an entrance-corridor, a living room, a large kitchen and two bedrooms. The entrance-corridor has an armchair-bed and a built-in wardrobe. In the living room there is a sofa-bed for two, two armchairs, a table with chairs for six and a sideboard; there is also a fireplace and a television. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, an oven, a refrigerator, a small dishwasher, kitchen cabinets for the pantry, and everything necessary for cooking (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), as well as a table and chairs for six. The master bedroom is spacious and is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an armchair. The main bathroom has a shower and bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. A hairdryer is available. Finally, the cottage has a cellar with a washing machine.
The villa is surrounded by a large veranda furnished with deckchairs, chairs, a small table, two armchairs, a large table and stools for ten people to eat outdoors. A flight of stairs leads to a panoramic terrace. In addition, there is an outdoor shower and a barbecue for private use.The property is fenced, with parking for 1 car.
The holiday house has free internet. Travel cot and high chair for children available on request and free of charge. It is possible to hire a single-seater kayak. Use depends on weather conditions, to be assessed on site. The property implements sustainability principles to reduce its environmental impact: attention to separate waste collection, abolition of single-use plastic, use of solar panels for hot water, reduction of water waste, raising guests' awareness.
The beach is just a few metres away and is also accessible with a pushchair or pram. A short distance away is a pretty little island with a beach that can be reached by boat or by swimming. The village of La Conia has a bar and a restaurant, as well as a sailing club, and is connected to the village of Cannigione by a beautiful pedestrian promenade, a cycle path with exercise equipment. The village centre with shops, restaurants and supermarkets is about 1800 m away. La Conia is ideally located for visiting northern Sardinia.
