The villa has just been restored and is located in the hills 1 km from Sansepolcro.
The villa also has a private SPA with a wide view of the Tuscan hills with a fully equipped gym, massage room, men's and women's changing room, wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, 12-seater hydromassage tub.
The villa has a professionally equipped kitchen for all guests with fridge, freezer, electric oven, professional dishwasher, crockery of all kinds; living room with fireplace, tables and chairs for all guests, drinking water from spring, TVsat and DVD; nine bedrooms (five with two single beds, three with three single beds and one with four single beds for a total of 23 beds; one of the rooms is accessible for the disabled), and eight bathrooms (all with shower, toilet and bidet)
Nearby 'Cantone': only 50 m away is a private sports fishing lake, and only 2 km away is the 300-hectare private park of Agriturismo La Conca with the possibility of numerous activities: Trekking on the marked trails to the tree house, monumental trees, the hut, the pond, animal spotting and breathtaking views! Horse riding, archery, Jeep tours... and much more.
