The flat consists of half a farmhouse with independent entrance, large garden and private square in front with sun umbrella, table and chairs for relaxing and eating outside. Spread over two floors, living area and sleeping/relaxation area, it is completely surrounded by greenery and immersed in the nature of the green and silent Candigliano valley, one of the most beautiful and wild valleys of the Pesaro hinterland, with its mild and temperate climate, from which you can enjoy a unique and enchanting panorama of the Umbria-Marches Apennines.
A swimming pool wonderfully set in the landscape where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. On the border with Umbria and Tuscany, 6 km from the village of Piobbico where you can find all the services and a few km from the surrounding villages rich in history with castles and museums, the home of mushrooms and truffles, and from some of the most beautiful Italian cities of art such as Urbino, a Unesco heritage site, Gradara, San Leo, Gubbio, Assisi and many others.
